My husband and I both thought it was delicious. Although I only saw three locations on the map and I don't believe this was a chain restaurant, the inside appeared very chain-like. The food was good, so don't let the atmosphere throw you off and think they are not getting an authentic Philly experience.

The cheese fries were perfection! They are cut fresh and smothered in cheese, exactly how I like them! The cheesesteak was meh. Not much flavor at all. Definitely a spot where you can taste the memories.

I have never understood the success of the Chick-fil-A chain. My experiences at this and all other…read morelocations have been extremely disappointing. I am a former high-end chef, so I should know. ALL of Chick-fil-A's chicken products are made from pre-frozen chicken and thus taste old, rancid, rubbery, and gross. Have these people never heard Chef Gordon Ramsay's rants about the subject? Also, their chicken is loaded with gristle. Yuck! Chick-fil-A's waffled fries literally taste and feel like burnt cardboard. Their mac and cheese is okay but most other chains' taste better. To add insult to taste bud injury, the prices are double to triple the amount charged by competitors for better tasting food. And plan on waiting 45 minutes or longer during peak hours. I will continue to scratch my head in disbelief whenever I see 10 cars waiting in the drive-thru line of any Chick-fil-A location.

Disappointing!!! Always double-check your order before driving off!…read moreI placed an online order an hour in advance for pickup. When I arrived, the order was ready, but after driving away and opening the bag, we realized we were completely missing our aloha burger, burger steak, and chicken nuggets dip. When we turned around and went back inside, the staff actually said, "We were waiting for you to come back." If you knew the order was incomplete, why let us leave with it in the first place? They handed over the missing burger and told me the burger steak would take about 7 minutes. After sitting there for 10 minutes, a manager came up and asked, "Why'd you come back? I saw you leave." I explained we were still missing part of our order. To his credit, he was apologetic, handled it immediately, and had the burger steak out a minute later. He mentioned that things get busy sometimes--except there were maybe three tables occupied in the entire restaurant. It was not busy. Bottom line: someone on the team needs to be verifying online/to-go orders for accuracy before handing them off. A lot of people drive an hour or more just to get Jollibee and can't easily turn around to pick up forgotten items. The manager was polite once he stepped in, but the lack of basic order checking made this a frustrating experience. I've been doing online orders, maybe this was a fluke. I love Jollibee and the food is consistent. But, this location teaches you to check everything before you leave, because the staff couldn't care less about missing items. Jollibee has been increasing its prices within the last 5 years and it's really getting pricey ordering from the best fried chicken in the US for 2 years. And missing items you've already paid for makes the entire visit truly infuriating.

It wasn't crispy and it was kinda dry. The fries were seasoned and they were not bad as well. Overall i paid around 15.00 which was not bad. I would go here again if I was nearby however it wouldn't be my first choice or second!

There are two criticisms of Cluck N Fry. 1: The name is terrible, it just is. Those noted, this is absolutely the best fried chicken sandwich you'll ever, ever have. I rate them 12/10, better than turning it up to 11. It's huge, it's cripsy, it's tasty, and is very high quality. The available waffle fries, unlike ALL other waffle fries anywhere else in the known universe, are not empty and dry, they were meaty and substantial. Even the roll used is an out-of-the-park affair. I liked the coleslaw, too, though my dining partner, who is wrong, didn't. Again, it's BYOB, Bring Your Own Bathroom. I suspect that why it's take out only.
