It's actually a Marathon gas station with a 7 Eleven and Dunkin Donuts inside with a drive thru. I've never seen that before, which just stood out to me. So patiently waiting for the end of this meeting, I do notice a lot of foot traffic, pretty busy. I remember back in my college day picking up a coffee at a Starbucks in the city in the morning. Well, that's how consistently busy this is but it's not morning, it's in the middle of the day! Honestly, it's a great idea, just not my ideal place. While waiting for this meeting to end, I pick up some chicken wings and some drinks and decide to eat inside the eating area of Dunkin Donuts (yes, 7 Eleven has an eating area). People are passing me by purchasing gas, buying lotto tickets and then buying beer and then picking up a few donuts on the way out the door. Just a quick pick up spot and a very convenient location, as it seems.....very busy! To say the least, it wasn't very appealing, needs a few renovations and updating but I was here for convenience.

This location also has a Dunkin Donuts in the store which has a drive thru. They take up a good size of the store with a few tables and lounge chairs. They are located on the left hand side when you enter. On the right is the 7-Eleven.The counter/register area is double the size. Straight head is the soda fountain area which was extremely clean. To the left of that is the pre made salads. Next to the fountain was the drink coolers well stocked. In front of that was the packed to the bream ice cream cooler with a special on Haagen-Dazs bars. Yummo! The bathrooms were perfect. Staff was well and engaging. Parking lot was clean as was the pump area. I know I will be returning.

This can fool you if you do not know the station. They do keep the area clean. If you time it right, it is worth going to. They are usually a little cheaper than the gas station on the corner. The employees are so friendly and kind giving you southern hospitality at its best. I have noticed the young lady who works there outside cleaning the pumps and sweeping the whole parking lot, she even cleans the cobwebs so customers aren't bitten by spiders while pumping gas. They all take pride in their jobs and go above and beyond to make every customer feel appreciated. The owner is such a humble and kind person as well it's always a pleasure to support this store. I wish there were more stores operated like this one.

I stopped at this location because I needed a pick me up and saw there was a Dunkin. There was plenty of parking, and the location was easy to access. The only thing I didn't like was the ordering process. When I went inside, I thought you had to order from the kiosk because no one greeted me or explained the process. Since it was my first time at this location, I used the kiosk. Unfortunately, you can't use the Dunkin Rewards app when ordering that way, so I wasn't able to earn points on my purchase, which was disappointing. I ordered an iced coffee for about $7, and it didn't take long to be prepared. My name was called at the pickup counter when it was ready, and my order was correct. Since I was on a road trip, I also used the restrooms. They were clean and well maintained, which is always something I appreciate during long drives. This is a convenient stop on the Florida Turnpike. The food from Nathan's somehow manages to be less than average, which is impressive considering highway rest stop expectations are already pretty low. The bathrooms also consistently look like they are one missed shift away from becoming a health department documentary. Not catastrophic, but definitely not clean enough to inspire confidence. This place serves a purpose and that purpose is existing between exits. That's about the nicest thing I can say. Two stars.
