The worst Wawa in Glen Burnie is on Quarterfield Road. They NEVER have hot dogs ready. The case is always empty. Then you have to wait for them to make. There is no customer service as the employees act like you are bothering them. Waited for a wrap (cold item) for 15 minutes and there was only one other customer in the store. Ridiculous! read more

Zero stars. I'm done here except for the convenient ATM. I can't tell you how many times a year I walk out of this place without my purchase. I bet you they lose about $100 a year on me. If you multiply this by about 100 people a year that's a lot of money. I'm not the only one that walks out. They should ensure that they have enough people to check a line of 20 people out. Sometimes there's people work here that aren't properly trained. Or, Sometimes people are buying gift cards, which will hold up the line. And I prefer not to check myself out because they don't offer me a discount to do so. So we wait and wait and wait in line until we give up. This is the worst Wawa ever. This location unfortunately is a hangout spot for a lot of not so nice people especially during the summer time. I was pumping some free air into my tires this one time and of course this takes time. I start hearing someone cursing at me to hurry up with my 5 year old daughter in the car that could hear everything! The quality of the people that come into this place are well... let's leave it at that. I usually would stop in to grab a drink from the Coca-Cola freestyle machine (when it actually works)and at times the screen doesn't work or it's out of drinks. I really hope they take care of this place inside and out. I have at least a 2 star because at least the staff is friendly and food is good. read more

Not that anyone really goes to Yelp for a review on Wawa, but it's worth noting that the employees that cook the food have their noses hanging out of their masks and don't seem to look very clean. My partner and I shared a sub from this location last night and we've been vomiting and feeling sick ever since. I never really write reviews but stay away from this location, or at the very least, just purchase the pre packaged stuff. read more

Ok , So usually I love WaWas. I think that in the world of convenience stores they are a notch above 7-11 and Royal Farms especially with there quick grab healthy choices. However this particular WaWa needs to up their game. On more than one occasion I have visited this location and have been disappointed. Either the cleanliness of the food prep area has turned me away, or my order was wrong or incomplete. I am not happy about doing this but contacting store location (GlenBurnie 7124 Ritchie HWY) This is the store from Hell - they will make your salad or sandwich the way they like - I even once received a sandwich without meat. This is not the location to be the standard - in Tampa, Florida went to the same WAWA for 3 years 3 to 5 times a week NEVER wrong / mistake in my order- same for the location at College Park for 4 years never mistake. Six months frequenting this location it is 3 out 5 orders not made correctly - HQ Corporate WAWA wake up!!!! If zero stars were an option would do it, they do not care. I waited 10-15 minutes for this sub par sandwich. It wasn't the high quality I'm used to receiving from Wawa, so I called the store once I got home. I was able to speak with the employee who made my sandwich and she was apathetic and rude. She said that the sandwich looked thrown together because there's so much sauce. She then said that I could come back for another, but that it wouldn't change anything. I asked her why she would serve something so messy and clearly below Wawa standards, and she said because it's what I ordered. I do love a Wawa and this place is no different from the rest. A bigger store with plenty of pumps, I have few complaints about this particular one. Staff are helpful, food is good (as usual), and I can typically find what I'm looking for. What is it about Wawa that makes it great? Perhaps its the food, which may be a little more expensive than some stores but the quality and variety is worth it. Maybe its the staff, who are rarely the typical careless and apathetic people standing behind a register. Whatever it is, Wawa makes your quick stop for some lunch or gas far better than you expect from convenience stores. read more

I usually come here to grab something from the grab and go and head off to class. Everything ive had is so delicious! And the customer service is fantastic! I got 2 cold cut subs from here....sure I just had an 9lb baby and was starving.....but they were damn good. I'd venture to say, better than subway! read more

Came to this store to buy the famous Dirty Kettle Chips and found that the store has a racist employee who refused to serve me. He sent me to another line but served the white-girl behind that was right behind me. It was so obvious that another staff member shook his head. there portions on there food compared to there prices is ridiculous, I get breakfast everyday from this Wawa and there portions have gotten smaller over time not to mention they want to tell me they can't make the same type of breakfast bowl I've gotten for 9 months everyday and one day they tell me they never made me a bowl such as I asked for and then proceeded to give me a portion for the size of a 5 year old. this place is a joke. would recommend going to any other Wawa but this one. read more

This place always seems to be overcrowded, no matter time of day. They definitely didn't think about the parking lot setup enough- more room is needed. I usually go here to fill up my gas and tires (free air). The last time I stopped in, I filled up my tires as usual but noticed the machine was saying my tire was around 22 psi. It is normally 30. I had checked them a few days ago and all were around 27/28. So I tried putting more air in and then saw the screen say 19. Yes, it was actually letting air out of my tire! I looked closely at the air hose and noticed it had a plastic piece of tubing clamped (not very well) over the connector. This was probably a short term solution to prevent such leaks but it clearly wasn't working. Upset that my tire was almost 1/2 deflated, I drove over to the nearby car wash and paid to have my tires inflated. Last time I trust this Wawa to provide air for my tires or gas for my car. read more

I generally get my gas here, or at the locations in Crofton (Gambrills), or Millersville. Wawa consistently has the most gas pumps of any other gas stations. They are typically easy to get in and out of, and as you can see they are all over. They typically maintain good prices. read more

When the store first opened it was really good and it has slowly went downhill. I went in there tonight after a concert to grab a sandwich, well when I got home And went to eat it the sandwich was hard as a brick! So the female that made the sandwich knew the bread was going stale before she even went to toast it and yet she still used it. So I brought it back to the store and I was given my money back but what an inconvenience I will not be back. This was the last and final straw. So if you order sandwiches from here check your bread first before they even begin. SMH. read more
