With all the things going on these days with health and wellness having an open product that was not opened by me was not a good experience. Normally, all of the items are always good to go, but I was a little disappointed in this service "lack" of checking. The other avocado lime dressing was closed. After I told them my order they handed me a bag and didn't say thank you have a nice day or anything turned a walk away when I noticed that it was not my order it was only half of my order they had left out the fries. They began arguing between each other and finally a bag of fries appeared. None of this really would've made a difference if I Received a sandwich that wasn't cold and french fries that were cold and soggy after waiting and watching the employees screw screwing around inside the store. This is my last stop, last attempt, last time I will ever visit this particular Wendy's they are consistently rude, consistently get poor food, and in most cases now the employees seem to not have even want to be there at work. After a stressful day of shopping I needed some food and I was in the mood for fast food. I figured since I was waiting for my food I would use the facilities...but as you get to the door, you realize that you need a code to enter the bathroom. Luckily for me, a staff member was wiping down the tables and I was able to ask for the code. When I finished with the facilities, I came back out and my food was not ready yet. I wasn't even offered my cup so I could at least fill it up. Maybe they were going to fill it up and serve it to me when my food was ready. Since my order was not ready, I ended up finding myself a seat. Good thing I did too, it was another ten minutes before my food was ready. They were so slow in here preparing the food that a driver pulled up to pick up a delivery that they just left without the food. I feel bad for that person that ordered food. In fact, you can tell that they were more concerned with the people using the drive thru than they were with the people actually inside the building. I know that you need to be attentive all around, but ignoring one group of people over another doesn't accomplish this. When I did get my food, they automatically put my food in a to go bag, even though when I was ordering I said I was dining in. Nothing to worry about, but I did have to unpack the bag to eat. Food was on par for a Taco Bell, but service is seriously lacking here.
