Today (June 10), I had gotten caught in a rainstorm, was running late, and decided to pick up dinner on the way home. There was one guy in line ahead of me, and a longer line forming behind me. The guy had a big order for his whole family, and instead of ordering ahead online (which is really easy), he was reading each individual order (about 8 total) off his phone. The four young people working that line tonight were so pleasant and professional. He kept getting the parts mixed up and making corrections, but they never missed a beat. When he finally paid and left, they were still smiling while serving me. My husband wants extra of this & less of that on his Original Italian, and they followed all of the instructions perfectly. The manager there is lucky to have this crew.

The Amazon shoppers are such an unpleasant negative presence in the store. They don't actually work…read morethere, as in they aren't customer facing employees and have no customer service demeanor or training. And they aren't customers either. They're a weird 3rd space presence of rude unpleasant bulky obstacles with excessively large carts that linger and block the aisles making it challenging and frustrating to access groceries and move about store. And they act like you are in THEIR way. If modern life wasn't already impersonal enough, they make the grocery shopping experience even more impersonal. They are rude, always have a mean unhappy RBF expression. They have a rushed urgency about them that makes the store feel hectic. It's obvious they don't want to be there. They don't want to talk to you. They're not technically employees that you can ask questions. They park their cart blocking groceries and its not obvious who's huge cart that is to ask them to move. They just bring a negative funk to the whole place. And to top it off most of them are likely not people who would regularly shop at Whole Foods. Amazon has introduced a whole other socioeconomic demographic of non-customers/non-employees present in the store changing the atmosphere overnight. I'd wager there are as many Amazon shoppers as regular customers they are the majority in the store. Its a take over! the store is unwelcoming to regular customers. I am absolutely tired of dodging these mean unhappy non-employee non-customers interfering with my ability to get groceries. Final straw, I'm done with whole foods

Most Subway shops always miss something or don't read my specifications closely, so it's not always made to my liking. So far, they're batting 1.000 here though! What makes this a pretty unique place, is that they offer free drinks or frozen yogurt if you fill up with $40 or more in gas. I thought that was a pretty nice "Thank You" for stopping by. They also look like they have a kitchen where they do breakfast for about $5. Never had it, because it smells greasy but I'm sure its tasty. Anyways, the staff is very friendly and nice. The customers....well...some of them are not the most respectful to them or other customers...... let's just say that the staff has done a very good job in handling them and keeping a positive attitude.
