Really wrong. See this location is on a very busy stretch of road and I was worried that it was going to be a hard in and out of the lot. But it was nice to have an easy in and I was able to pull right up to a pump. Did my thing, scanned my code, tapped my card, selected my fuel and I was set to go. One thing I liked about this stop was that I was able to unload my vehicle of all the loose trash I had over this past road trip. I didn't need to go inside here on this stop, but I am sure it was set up per usual, and busy as the outside. Once done, I was able to pull back out onto the road and be on my way.

By the time I realized they were like this, I was home. She should have apologized and said that she needed to remake the pickles because she burnt them. Looks like a bunch of tiny pieces not the spears that they are supposed to serve. Totally unacceptable. I went to the blockbuster kiosk and had a scratched disc but the blockbuster customer service took care of it with two free rentals. The gas prices are a few cents higher than the Harriburg area but they are in line wiyh Giant and rutter's in the area. I came here recently when the power was out and they had to close. The ice cream freezers were empty the next day and the blockbuster kiosk only accepted one dvd before it lost power, but they didn't charge us a late fee when I alerted them to the fact. I like the covenience and will come back, but Giabt is just as convenient and closer for me.

The lot is very tight to maneuver around, and that is when people park properly. The lot is so bad people often make their own spots, which can make it nearly impossible to maneuver. The one big plus is the gas happens to be very cheap as of the date of this review. I am talking they were $3.35 a gallon when most places in York have been in the $3.50+ range for over a week. Rutters does have a good reputation in York, but this is definitely not their model store.
