On a road trip back home from Lancaster to Washington, D.C., I filled up my car at this Sheetz since it's right off the highway. Inside, the shelves are lined with all kinds of snacks and drinks. Came in at 2:30- not a big rush lunch time. Two coffee orders took 20 minutes (standard lattes without substitutions or crazy modifications). No one at the coffee counter to make the drinks. Sat there and watched a girl wait on a customer at the register, then start making the drinks, then went back when another customer came to the register. Eventually a guy actually made the drinks. I thought all the automated checkout and MTO screens were meant to expedite the experience. Definitely don't come on your lunch break (or any time really) if you aren't willing to wait. Go to a local coffee shop that has real customer service. It might be more $ but absolutely worth it to avoid the frustration. read more

Always an issue with something. Whoever was working on Monday July 28th, 2025 in the kitchen needs to be fired. I got home to a burnt grilled cheese. I'm beyond upset, waste of money and time I stood around for more than 15 minutes for 1 single grilled cheese. Do better. Fire the people who let my grilled cheese sit in the oven for 2 minutes after it started to beep. read more

Hey, I finally needed to get fuel at one of my many stops at a Sheetz. This Sheetz was busy and I thought that it was going to be a headache to get fuel here. I have to say, I was wrong. Really wrong. See this location is on a very busy stretch of road and I was worried that it was going to be a hard in and out of the lot. But it was nice to have an easy in and I was able to pull right up to a pump. Did my thing, scanned my code, tapped my card, selected my fuel and I was set to go. One thing I liked about this stop was that I was able to unload my vehicle of all the loose trash I had over this past road trip. I didn't need to go inside here on this stop, but I am sure it was set up per usual, and busy as the outside. Once done, I was able to pull back out onto the road and be on my way. read more

Stopped here for gas on my way home from a trip! Outside was clean and there were plenty of pumps. I went inside to grab some food and surprisingly they have good food. Discovered this years ago in college. I got a chicken sandwich and cheese bites. Service was fast and the food was hot and fresh. Sat outside on the patio, which was very clean! Ok so I see most reviews are about food...mine isn't, mine is about the facility. This is a busy Sheetz. I frequent here driving between Maryland and NY, for some reason this exit is convenient for me. Anytime I need a fill up on gas, drinks and bathroom, this is a really nice pit stop. Each time I'm surprised by how nice the employees are and how clean the bathrooms are. They have outdoor seating and sometimes I'll grab a drink and relax before I get on the road. Id on't know what it is, but this Sheetz is just really nice. Any high traffic gas station that keeps their bathrooms clean gets an A+ in my book. read more

The lady in the front "Sam" working the register comes off aggressive and doesn't show any empathy towards her customers.. "Sam" doesn't give the change back when paying with bills, she ends up saying bye as soon as she's finished with the transaction! I personally wouldn't want others to experience that bad customer service is all I'm saying. read more

I love the workers here, and I can always rely on this location as a place for late-night snack runs. My only complaint with Sheetz as a corporation is how they expect their cashiers to both ring people out while also making the MTO orders that come piling in. They're always so packed in the middle of the day and late at night, and it's unfair to witness them being overworked. More workers should be there during their busiest times! Anyways, Sheetz offers such a variety of snacks, candy, and drinks, and the workers here, especially the women, are extremely friendly and efficient. Love this place! read more

Been to Sheetz 3 times now. (You think I'd learn sooner). Before, I'd only ever been to a wawa (pretty comparable on the east coast). Turns out wawa is much better; Sheetz's made to order food is absolutely horrendous. Pre-packaged food is limited and too expensive for what it is. Cashiers were less than intelligent. I'll stick to wawa, thanks. read more

This is a pretty decent sized location. There is inside and outside seating which makes it a nice spot to get some gas and food if you aren't in a hurry. It is also easy to get to if you are traveling on I-83. They have a good variety of food, as most Sheetz locations do. Gas prices are also typically very competitive for the area. read more

Couldn't use my debit card at the pump. Had to go inside to pay. I was in a hurry and that wasted my time. Why I couldn't pay at the pump will never be known. Other than that this is just another gas station on the main street. read more

5 star for decor, 3 star for food quality. I don't eat subway so I'm not sure how this stacks up, but the low grade deli meats on my sammich are making me cry in remembrance of the genuine Philadelphia hoagie I ate 8n Philly 2 days ago. Be sure to check your receipts. They advertise deals through the store. Drinks 2 for $4, buy one get one free, etc... but when you go to pay for your items, you get charged full price. This has happened to me the past two times I've been here and as you can see in the comments it has happened to other customers as well. Too often for it to be a coincidence. read more

This is the worst Sheetz in the area, at least that I've visited. I have had a problem with the pumps not working the past two times I was there. The store is always under staffed and getting food takes forever. read more
