The computers were in and out for ordering, I waited for about 15 min for my food, the food was really expensive for the portion, the quality was very poor -I will not return for the food. It's possible it was a busy part of the day -but the food quality in relation to price and portion was awful. The best Wawa in the Philadelphia region. I used to work in Wilmington, DE and I would have to pass this Wawa on my way to work every morning. I would stop in for a coffee and breakfast and check out in the same lane. I got to know my cashier Cindy very well. I haven't worked down there in over a year now and I was surprised when I stopped in a month ago that Cindy remembered who I was. This Wawa is clean and now considered state of the art. It is the first Wawa in Pennsylvania to have a liquor license and now they serve beer there. The staff has always been friendly and nice. read more

I go to this Wawa frequently because I still love Wawa coffee and this one is the closest to my home. However, It has not improved since it opened almost 10 years ago, with the exception of the night employee is a cashier and is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast sandwiches never available on time and when they are, they are burned and inedible. Don't try to open the sandwich box before buying, or the miserable woman who works in the mornings will tell you that you have to buy the sandwich, regardless of how it looks. Always a line during the day with only one cashier available. Parking lot is a race course, and good luck trying to make a left turn out of Wawa - very dangerous! With the addition of liquor sales came the addition of questionable characters shopping and teens in the parking lot during evening hours. Bethel Police used to be here often, but I don't see them as much any more; I wish they would become a presence here. read more

Great Wawa! Gas pumps out front. Very open, spacious and new inside. One of the few to offer beer with a large walk in cooler. Pretty nice 6 pack selection, also have cases of 12. The food area has the newer make your own salad option which is nice. Very clean, including the restrooms. Located at an intersection with a traffic light so access is easy. I'm at WaWa so much it's like "stalkish" behavior. Lol. This location was very neat & tidy. The coffee was on point & hot. Ordered chicken strips & chicken corn chowder soup. I devoured them both. My son's shorty hoagie was ok. He ordered extra meat but it wasn't enough for this hungry young man. Lol. We moved quickly thru the checkout process. Overall, you know I'll be back!!! read more

This is my favorite gas station. It's in a convenient location and I stop there atleast once a week for gas. It can be busy at times but you can usually get a pump. The lines in the store are pretty quick. The food is also really good. I tend to get their Mac and cheese. read more

Absolutely an awful experience! If one machine isn't down...then another one is. I went in for a simple breakfast sandwich - after spending more than five minutes trying to find an associate to help they said 'not today - probably tomorrow' and then walked into the back room. Ahhh, the ole Sheetz vs WaWa debate. My vote... WaWa! It's a little less fancy compared to Sheetz but provides much better product and I believe, experience. Specifically this this location, but not different from any location, the staff is friendlly, the food is better than Sheetz, it's cleaner and offers much more variety. This is my favorite Wawa. It's clean, convenient, and has friendly staff. It's even better now since the renovation with seating, beer, and expanded food offerings. I think this place will also offer custom salads, but they don't have that going yet. Just be careful because the parking lot can get busy at lunch time. read more

Will never go back there again. Cashier wouldn't give me coin change, only cash tender. I didn't have time to deal with the manager about it. Cashier had such an apathetic attitude. She may as well be standing at the counter giving the customers the finger as they walk in. Unbelievable! FIRE TINA! I was at this location and dealt with Tina who was the manager on duty. I ordered 15 hoagies for a hoagie tray that they were nice enough to make me since for some reason wawa doesn't make them any more? I called a few different wawas and was told you don't make them anymore? Not sure if that's true or not. I orders 4 Italians, 4 turkey, 2 roast beef, 3 tuna and 2 veggies. I was told if I ordered 15 I would get them at a discounted price of 36.99 which was the price of the old hoagie trays. When I called I was quoted that price on the phone, when the girl was ringing us out it came to like $56 so of course I said something and the price was fixed for me since I was told $36.99. When I picked up my order today I didn't count anything. I was going down the street to pennswood winery for my birthday party. After opening the container I thought it looked a little light. I counted and we only had 20 halves. There wasn't one Italian in whole tray and we were missing a veggie. My boyfriend drove back since we were only right down the road. Tina, who probably shouldn't be a manger was insisting that all the hoagies were there. She said she asked the girl who made the tray and they were definitely sure all the hoagies were there. I then called cause my boyfriend isn't one to argue with anyone. Tina kept telling me that all the hoagies were there and she was sure cause she believed her employees. I'm not an idiot and I can count and I'm not happy about the way this manager handled the situation at all. The customer is always right! And she was acting like we were just trying to get stuff for free. She told me that we already got a bunch of hoagies for free, which wasn't the case at all, so her saying that was totally irrelevant and she was making it out to be like I was just being an ass or something and I was cheap. My sister and her fiancé are actually ex employees and couldn't believe that way Tina was handling the situation since wawa is known for such great customer service. Tina needs a new job or maybe she was promoted and shouldn't of been since her customer service skills are awful. My boyfriend actually ended up buying more hoagies that we should of gotten given to us cause we already paid for them. I will never step foot in that wawa again. I am not happy at all! read more
