In the end, it will tell you to speak to the manager of the store for a refund. However, the manager working today will not give a refund. So this is the story: This afternoon at 2 p.m., my husband and I put in separate orders for meals at the Cambridge Popeye's. When we pulled through the drive-through, they directed us to come to the window only to be told that they did not have any shrimp and never had any shrimp that day. Is it necessary to call ahead in order to verify that food to be purchased is actually available before paying for it? Then, the extra money I paid for the macaroni and cheese was not refunded (although I could already see that it would not be since my husband's order was not refunded). Of course, there was no chicken ready (at 2 p.m.?), and I was directed to a parking space and waited 25 minutes for my chicken meal, minus the macaroni and cheese I paid for. Although the manager is apparently completely ineffective in her lack of any interest in the customers, there was a fellow from inside who was kind. He did care.
