It was a huge deterrent to gaining my business. I don't know what kind of business they are running but this was extremely unprofessional. Awful, just awful. Look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

The gym is nice and open, and it is a safe space for toddlers to learn to trust their bodies. Falling down here is less dramatic- almost every surface is soft and padded. The class is a little more structured but it's sort of a "here's the skill and activity" and then we do it in a rotation. The open play is a little more chaos BUT the kids love self led play. I like both!

There's a large ramp wall that challenged him, but he worked at it weekly and can climb it not without any issues. This gave him a great sense of accomplishment. The core staff are great. My granddaughter learns a lot and she loves to come home and show me what she has learned. As part of the teaching criteria, in addition to academics, they are also taught gymnastics. I went to a gymnastics recital today. My little four year-old granddaughter was walking down the balance beam including little jumps. Amazing! The balance beam is not very high off the ground maybe 12 inches so she's not gonna get hurt and there's teachers right there protecting her. I was so proud of her and she was so proud of herself! By watching all the other children, our experience is not unique. All the children were so happy to be there and so well behaved and so comfortable to speak to their teachers and to each other. I am so happy that my children chose to put my grandchild at this school, where we can feel confident that she is being treated with dignity and respect, kindness, and love while being educated in a very good manner. I selected one, and the next communication I got was that the class had been changed to a date and time that was not one of original options. She asked (by text) if that date/time would work. I told her not really but we would try to make it when possible. She responded with great, look forward to having your child in our class. It made me feel like they never really cared what was convenient, as long as they got our money. The other issues have been with Angela, the receptionist. They have been minor and I tend to ignore her but she can be rude and not welcoming. She made my child feel unwelcome once and that bothers me more than her being rude to just me.
