My granddaughter has been attending this school for one year. Her experience has been wonderful. Her teachers are also so kind and loving. My granddaughter learns a lot and she loves to come home and show me what she has learned. As part of the teaching criteria, in addition to academics, they are also taught gymnastics. I went to a gymnastics recital today. My little four year-old granddaughter was walking down the balance beam including little jumps. Amazing! The balance beam is not very high off the ground maybe 12 inches so she's not gonna get hurt and there's teachers right there protecting her. I was so proud of her and she was so proud of herself! By watching all the other children, our experience is not unique. All the children were so happy to be there and so well behaved and so comfortable to speak to their teachers and to each other. I am so happy that my children chose to put my grandchild at this school, where we can feel confident that she is being treated with dignity and respect, kindness, and love while being educated in a very good manner. Our 3.5 year-old adored her time at Jump! Gymnastics' fabulous new preschool program Snapdragon Preschool. It was exciting that she got to be one of their first students ever. And if our plans hadn't changed, she would be there for the longterm; it was such a big hit. She got to practice the alphabet and math, brought home unique art projects daily, and was exhausted from playing outside in their outdoor space. We so appreciate what the owners have been doing with safety measures and prevention during this challenging time with COVID-19. Jump! Gymnastics has been amazing for our children and family, for the past 11 months. Our kids' social skills, gross motor skills, and confidence level have improved immensely. We originally started with Coach Brad, which is definitely a fan favorite throughout our household. Although, our children have also grown close to Coach India and Coach X (even after a few weeks). Really, all of the coaches are amazing. We have experienced soccer and dance; Jump! Gymnastics is the ONLY sport they ask to return to (even from the daughter that declares daily, "I hate P.E.!"). My 9 year old loves it here. She is always excited to go to her class and she adores coach India. She likes it so much she's asked to go twice a week! She's progressed a lot since attending this school year. Shes attended other schools where we lived and she really seems to enjoy her time here. We found Jump after having a bad experience at Kids Spa South and it's been wonderful! It's a safe and fun environment where they learn new skills and have performances on Fridays where parents/friends/family can come and see all the cool things they have been working on. We love Jump! My kids are 4 and 5 and can't wait to go to gymnastics every Saturday morning. The classes are highly organized and flow seamlessly from each of the areas of primary focus. We were given a progress chart and stickers to mark each milestone the kids reach. We are notified via email each time a milestone is met. It is a fantastic way to involve the kids in measuring their own progress. Walking into a contained space with so many kids should read as utter chaos, but that is just not the case at Jump. The classes, along with water breaks for the kids, runs like a well oiled machine. The student to teacher ratio is never more than 4 to 1 with it often being less when kids miss class. I would highly recommend Jump if your child shows the slightest intetest in gymnastics. They also offer day camps that mirror AISD scheduled off days. read more

Our daughter loves going to gymnastics class. The coaches are all caring and qualified and really make an effort to get to know each child.

My daughter goes to the parents' day out program here and loves it! She is always so excited to go. Staff and coaches are all very friendly. It is a great way for her to get out excess energy and develop physical confidence. The only downsides are that don't offer the program during the summer and there isn't any outdoor play space. Well worth the cost. Someday we hope to check out the gymnastics classes as well. read more

After hearing great things about Jump from some friends in the neighborhood, we decided to enroll our daughter in the preschool program. We were so excited for her to start and in the beginning, she was too. As the first month progressed it became harder and harder to convince her to go to her "jumping school" while she would run out the door to go to daycare. I began showing up a little early to see if I could recognize the issues and found I did not appreciate the way my daughter was being treated. We never received much feedback and what we did hear was negative (the polar opposite from her daycare's feedback), the parents and teacher seemed cold and cliquish, and when we tried to reach out to talk we felt a bit blown off but we were hoping things would improve so we continued with the 2nd month. Halfway through the month though, we'd had enough and decided to cancel enrollment and pursue at least a partial refund. While the initial response to canceling enrollment was timely, it's been over 3 weeks and I've yet to hear back about a refund. I emailed a week ago to check-in and have received no contact in return. While initially, we were hoping to return for gymnastics classes with our older 2, and even our youngest as long as Ms.Rose wasn't the teacher, now I doubt we will return. I wish we would have gone with our gut and ended care after the first month. What's more, the time frames were hard to make a decision in due to the way the pay structure is set. Preschool didn't start until 9/6, the next month's tuition was due the 20th, giving her only 7 days of classes before we were roped into the second month which isn't much when trying to get through the transition period. This was her first experience with daycare/preschool so we were in hopes that things would level out given time. Coupled with the money back guarantee we were confident this was low risk but our trust seems to have been misplaced. I would not recommend Jump to anyone and have since talked to our friends about our experience and doubt they will be continuing care either. read more

Jump Gymnastics is a fun place to do gymnastics! They sometimes offer a groupon to try it out and save on the membership fee, that was originally how we found them, so that's pretty awesome, we like to save money! We have been going there for nearly a year and my son has enjoyed it. He has learned many new skills and has progressed at our time here. They have a neat skills chart for each level, that comes with stickers and we keep it it on our fridge, and they receive ribbons once a month in whichever skills they have mastered during that time. We have done the weekly gymnastics classes and we have also tried out the preschool and the summer camps as well as the Parents Night Out program. I love that they offer free coffee and WiFi for the parents and I often see parents working on laptops and iPads/phones while their littles are in class. The summer camps are definitely my son's favorite and he is looking forward to them starting up again this summer! The themes for the camps change weekly and are very fun and engaging for children of all ages. The Preschool is pretty cool in that they offer yoga, dance and music on different days at the South location, my son got to learn to play the ukulele on the music day with Mr. Dan and really enjoyed that! I was super impressed that he had memorized all the notes! They have North and South locations which is also pretty handy depending on which part of town you are in. The office staff, especially Eric and Anna, have been very friendly and completely accommodating and timely to any questions and concerns we have had during our time here. If you are looking for a gymnastics class for your kiddo, I would definitely check them out! read more
