I went in to get an X-ray and the technician was friendly, helpful, and a Veteran. The quality of care seemed good and he was very empathetic to the pain I was experiencing. When the X-ray results were sent to my doctor's office the results were ready to understand. Being an informed patient I wanted a copy of the images so my doctor told me to contact Medizen to obtain them directly. I called and that's where the lack of service began. It took over 4 minutes to answer my call and I was told to come in, show my ID and they'd burn a CD for me. Instead of possibly obtaining my information first to begin the process they just brushed me off. I went in to get the CD ordered and instead of allowing me to explain why I was there, I was told to sign in. I offered that I wasn't there for imagine, but for records pull and was brushed off again and told to sign in by the heavy set Hispanic front desk assistant. The second lady that helped me was kind and efficient, but hung into my Driver's License after verifying my ID. I didn't get it back until my CD of images was ready. Overall, this could have been a 4 or 5 start experience had the first lady attended to me properly instead of brushing me off. A simple show of appreciation would have avoided this negative review. It isn't about having to sign it, it is about providing good customer service from start to finish. I get that you want to track your service count, but finish we're people too and not just a number.

I could not have asked for a better experience and staff. The tests took place on 2 different floors and from the moment I checked in the staff went over and above from efficiency to personality. The last test was a two part test and I was met by Al Miranda who was the most friendly person of the day. He explained everything thoroughly . He was patient and knowledgeable and walked me through every step. His communication skills were impeccable and his personality shined through. My kids laugh that I love Orange Coast because who wants to go to the doctor or hospital but if you have to they are top notch.

There is not a sign in the lobby area to direct you to the back of the building to find the wave imaging. So once you enter, you see a pharmacy, to the right of it you will see a hallway. You take that to the end and will make a left, then you will see their screen and voila!!! The room was very loud while I waited. I was seeing on time. My CT scan took 8 minutes. The office seemed cleaned.

The last two times were the day OF 30 min before the appt and then I didn't get notified of my appt being "cancelled" until I arrived at the imaging center! Keep in mind I had to Fast prior to the appt EACH of these days. My last appt was at 5:20pm! Wasted gas, the cost of finding a babysitter and quite frankly the confidence that this place even HAS RADIOLOGISTS ON STAFF. Horrible place, find somewhere else unless you like wasting your time on multiple occasions.

You can tell the staff knows what they're doing and actually cares about patient comfort, not just getting people in and out. Even when I needed them to track down insurance approval, they were able to get it done immediately instead of the quoted up to 14 business days of the other clinic. When I got the approval, they offered a weekend appointment. Even though I wasn't able to take the weekend appointment, they were able to accomodate my schedule. The appointment was very well organized, and I was able to get the imaging done with very caring staff. Afterwards, I followed up via email with questions, and I received a prompt response. I wish all my medical care was this easy.

Luckily, my score was 0 (perfect) five years ago, and it was time for a recheck. This time, I was referred to Imaging Partners in Orange. I called to schedule an appointment and Elyssa was so friendly and helpful. They had a cancellation and were able to book me only two days out. She took all of my prerequisite information quickly and sent me a link to complete some paperwork online ahead of time. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was impressed by their very modern and clean facility. Check-in was a breeze since I completed the forms online ahead of time. I only waited about five minutes and was called back. My tech Khan was very friendly and made everything a breeze. I laid on the bed feet first and he put a few heart electrodes on my chest. The bed raises and slides you into the center of the CT machine. It was not claustrophobic at all, and the CT machine spinning made very little noise. An automated voice instructs you to hold your breath twice for about five seconds, and then again twice for about 15 seconds as the bed slowly moves back and forth through the ring taking images. The process only took about five minutes, and I was in and out of the office in about fifteen minutes. I took the test on a Friday afternoon and the results will be sent to my doctor and posted in their online portal for me to view on Monday. Insurance usually doesn't cover this test, and the cash price was only $200. I had a great experience here, and will look forward to coming back in five years.
