They have a lawsuit against them from thousands of individuals and multiple litigations across several business endeavors. I have the portal so my results are usually available within a couple of days, depend, depending on the test and I love that I can click on any test and see my history of results. I've never had any issues with the staff. Always efficient and friendly. I've been going here for eight years and only had two times that I had to wait in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes with an appointment. And both times they were shortstaffed because people called off sick and the person explained that and apologized to me.

We went to InOut labs in Morton Grove and can I just say what an AMAZING experience we had! I spoke with a live human here multiple times (Aileen) prior to going and she reassured me, took her time and talked to me as to what to expect. We made an appointment and we were the only ones there. They don't take insurance but we knew this ahead of time and obviously we can submit for insurance later. We just went to get her blood drawn and after prepping our daughter for weeks, I can just say she did amazing! The lady there are even had some little toys for her that you know she probably went and bought on her own in anticipation of My daughter coming. Thank you a million times!

A staffer told me on the 15th that lab has been shut down for at least 5 years which is simply untrue. Check in is smooth as always. But now entering the lab is a whole new unsettling experience. Bottom line is overcrowding & understaffing for your phlebotomy team. Many are not fond of a vein puncture to begin with. The tension is more than obvious. Expand the room size, & take a careful look at what you have created there. Have already made arrangements to have my draws elsewhere.

After having been a patient of this office for a few months I walk…read morein front desk greets me by name comfirms my birthday and tells me I'm ready to go after registering online. Have had other offices ask me my name ask me everything as if they never saw me before. Tired of being treated like a random number. This office has the feel of a small family run business but the versatility of having a large corporate backing to get top notch equipment in the office. Today needed blood & papers for an upcoming procedure. They said they didn't have the papers, my other doctors office gave them faulty info, we left. I called the other office in the car en route another stop, managed to sort them out and have it faxed over to the clinic. Stopped at the clinic on the way home and they managed to squeeze in a few minutes with a nurse to grab the blood and a flash with the doctor to do the paperwork even though I was well past my appointment time today because the other office didn't send the papers to the right office. They'll go above and beyond to get things done if they can logistically handle it. Blood collection was easy and the nurse had my preferred type and gauge of needle, I know what needle my veins are good with because of how many blood drawings and procedural IV lines I have in a year. The overall clinic is a 5/5 except for when you have to do after hours answering service call ins. They tend to be a bit unreliable at getting the physician to phone back but they do eventually work after some prodding. Maybe the company will switch answering service vendors if they see more complaints about answering service problems.
