I liked this dentist- however the first time I was there they cut my face because the hygienist wasn't paying attention. Dawn was my favorite- but I think she left. Then I was going through IVF and had an upcoming appointment, and they asked for confirmation for an appointment and I wasn't sure because IVF is so unpredictable and they called me every day asking and they were so rude to me even though I had multiple days to cancel. The woman who called was so rude the final time they called I told them fine just cancel it (4 days in advanced) and as I was trying to explain to her it's out of my hands and are there any other appointments available and she hung up on me. So i called back and told her to just take me off their patients and I'll find another dentist, she hung up on me again. So- dentist is fine- receptionist is rude AF read more

I Changed my home office to this location due to the one closer to my home being so difficult to get in for am appt. They book up really fast... I'm glad that I began to come here though. The commute isn't bad, the staff is really kind and friendly. They make you feel very welcome and comfortable. My Dr, they called him Dr. Olaf...is awesome and makes each visit a nice one despite the fact that I get so much anxiety when I think about coming there. lol....and I love seeing my friend Pablo when I can catch him in the office. I go to the one in St. Pete because a friend recommended Dr. K. She's a straight shooter, and is meticulous in making sure your teeth fit well and match color wise. She's also the first dentist in 8 years to offer me a solution to my TMJ. I start it in a few weeks. Staff is friendly and they have an office dog! read more

Only gave 3 stars because the office is clean and it's in a good location and besides they always delete all the one stars. Is dishonest dentist. 1st day one assist on a credit card to book your appointment. Then they will give you an unnecessary deep cleaning at a cost of $1495. They may be used to rip it off insurance companies but when they charge a person directly this money that's not a fixed income I find it quite disgusting. read more

Came in to get a filling replaced. Told me they only do crowns. So decided to take the advice and get the crowns. When they printed my treatment plan the price was crazy high and that's fine. I have insurance and it covers crowns a 50% my problem is the treatment plan was not 50% off and when I questioned it I was told that they numbers are correct. Called my insurance company and they told me they don't even see the plan that was submitted in they system. Called WATTS back and they got an attitude with me like I shouldn't have called my insurance company. Let's just say went to another dentist office and was told fillings would be perfect for me. I had to much good tooth left to be shaving it down for crowns. Switching dentist company saved me over 1000.00. Do your research. Watts is trash read more

Today was my first visit to Watts Dental in Apollo Beach. Upon arrival I quickly fell in love with their clean, rustic hip decor. I am in the military so this was my first time at a civilian Dentist and WOW was I shocked to see how high tech everything was! They even had a 5D computer that shows all angles teeth! I got to see where my teeth hit the most when I chew food! And how much damage I had from grinding. It was SO COOL! My dental hygienist, Merida, was so knowledgeable and so gentle. She strategically got all the plaque beneath my gums with precision and skill with minimal pain! I was and am SO IMPRESSED! I learned so much information about my teeth from Merida and Dr Taylor; that in all my years in the military, I was never told. They are extremely through! I am beyond impressed and pleased with my new dentist office!! They also take Tricare! My all around service and experience was an A++++ !! read more
