The only concerning thought would be that the lady at the front seeing walking customers could stand to take some charm classes. A little indifferent toward customers.

February 7th 9:26 am my name is Adam Jones with a 9:00am appointment. I'm waiting 30 plus minutes…read more THIRTY MINUTES AS IM TYPING THIS IN THEIR LOBBY. Why did I make an appointment? The girl at the front desk said they are "cleaning a room", and I'm up next because one of their rooms went "down", whatever that means, makes 0 sense to have a "room down". Best part is a patient named James had a 9:30, and was admitted to his appointment within 3 minutes of sitting down. Clearly, you have available rooms, as James was received and admitted by the office 5 minutes of entering. Ridiculous. Another lie was when the front desk told me I was "up next". Well, I watched James and another patient be admitted to their appointments, literally moments before I was told they were "cleaning a room right now" and that I was "up next". My common sense should have told me to leave, but I decided to keep giving them chance after chance. After 40 minutes of waiting, I got to the office at 8:50 mind you for a 9:00 appointment, I was finally being seen by a Staff Member with a thick Spanish accent. She asked me what I was here for twice, quite rudely I must add, I responded I was there for an implant. Without asking me any further question she puts the x-ray cover on me, she didn't ask if I had any previous x-rays, she didn't ask about how I had them sent over the day before, it wa up to me to stop her and tell her 3 times I've had prior X-rays, she clearly did not understand, as again it took 3 times for her to acknowledge I had en email with my X-rays sent. I walk to the front desk, waiting for 5 minutes and they are having trouble finding my X-rays, the ones sent the day before. No one at this practice was ready for my appointment, the appointment they made me wait weeks for, the appointment I sent all my information over for. I took off work this, frustrated doesn't even begin to encapsulate how I feel. The fact I had to basically debate with your Staff member about whether I had prior X-rays and how they were sent was abysmal service. I genuinely don't believe all these google reviews are real people and must be paid for, this place was that bad. These people are terrible, from the front desk to the staff member who acted like I was an annoyance from the onset, failing to ask me pertinent questions relating to the post I have in my mouth, to her poor attitude. This is the worst dentistry I've ever been to. Hands down. They were not prepared, acted extremely unprofessional, and confused about the whole appointment, you know the appointment they make you wait weeks for, what a joke. Telling everyone in Waterset and the surrounding area to avoid this place like the plague.

But the moment I walked through the doors of Watts Dental, the entire staff made me feel right at home. From getting a tooth pulled, repairing two chipped teeth, treating severe gum disease, multiple fillings, root canals, and completing a two-year Invisalign journey. Every step of the process was handled with care and professionalism. Dr. Oleg and his team are truly exceptional. They gave me back the smile I needed and boosted my confidence more than I could imagine. I'll always recommend Watts Dental to anyone looking for quality care and a team that truly cares about their patients.

Then I was going through IVF and had an upcoming appointment, and they asked for confirmation for an appointment and I wasn't sure because IVF is so unpredictable and they called me every day asking and they were so rude to me even though I had multiple days to cancel. The woman who called was so rude the final time they called I told them fine just cancel it (4 days in advanced) and as I was trying to explain to her it's out of my hands and are there any other appointments available and she hung up on me. So i called back and told her to just take me off their patients and I'll find another dentist, she hung up on me again. So- dentist is fine- receptionist is rude AF

Caution - Their billing practices leave a lot to be desired. After a year of my wife and I using…read morethe dentist, we had a very bad billing experience and left. What would you think when an unnecessary procedure is done and then not only are you charged for the procedure but you are expected to pay 400% more than what the dentist would accept in payment from the insurance company? Our insurance identified an unnecessary tooth build up procedure for a cap. The insurance had paid for the same procedure for several other caps. However, the facts the dentist presented in their original claim, a 2nd appeal and my patient appeal were review by two on staff dentists by my insurance company and denied as unnecessary. Taking advantage of seniors seems to be the name of the game in Florida. We don't support those that stick it to the customer. When you use this dentist, you sign a form that basically is their blank check. Very disappointing. We offered to reimburse the dentist in the same amount as the dentist had accepted from our insurance for the same procedure in the past just to close the matter and move on. The office manager said the payment had to be 400% more - $300+ more. Another interesting bookkeeping practice is that from our experience they overcharge for the patients portion of the visit and then you end up with large credit balances for the overpayments. Sometimes we had to remind the office of our overpayment and sometimes they told us of the overpayment. I would never recommend the dentist based on these practices.

When I told her his estimate was too high and asked for a 10% reduction, since I would be paying out of pocket a substantial amount) because my insurance did not cover the work that had to be done, I got a take it or leave it response from the receptionist after she conferred with the dentist. I will not deal with this unsympathetic, overcharging dentist and would not recommend him to anyone.
