Everyone is just wonderful, professional, kind, considerate understanding from the receptionist all the way to the dentist. I've never felt so comfortable going to the dentist in my life. I was there today, and I told the dentist that I hope that she outlives me because I never wanna have another Dentist.. don't get me wrong. I still get anxiety when I go, but when I leave there, it's such a refreshing feeling knowing that I'm not going there and they're not trying to overpriced or oversell or tell me things that are not true to make money I feel generally appreciated. read more

This office is SO professional and ethical. After recently have a poor experience with a specialist I realized i never posted a review of Dr Pojtek and her office. First, Gabby at the front desk is so polite, patient and caring. I have a crazy schedule and sometimes I have to change my appointments (a few times) and she is understanding, enthusiastic and bubbly. Sonalee is the sweetest assistant. She loves every patient, will talk and listen to you and you feel you are in good hands. Most importantly Dr Pojtek is so ethical. If your tooth can be saved with a filling which she makes much less money, she will save your tooth. Most dentist offices want to put a crown on every tooth, not Dr Pojtek. I always tell her she has my never ending loyalty. I recommend this office 100%. read more

How much do I love Dr. Pojteck and her staff? Let me count the ways! 1. I don't think I've ever found a doctor's office staff to be as kind, considerate, and efficient as her staff. You can tell they love their job and always have a smile on their face. 2. Dr. Pojteck is always super upfront about what needs to be done and what can wait due to any financial restrictions I may have coming up. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of 3. I used to have a thing against going to the dentist. I've never had a really positive experience and the last time I had gone, prior to meeting Dr. Pojteck and her team, had been over a year before Covid. They were so kind and caring about the fact that I have a slight fear of the dentist. They were gentle and when they couldn't be (like something was going to hurt), she was always understanding and would offer solutions like more novocaine. 4. Their hygienist is very very thorough and detailed. She's also quick. 5. The cost of services is way less expensive than I thought it would be. I have insurance but because I'm trying to catch up on my cleanings I missed, I've been scheduling cleanings every 3-4 months. Unfortunately for me, my insurance only covers 2 a year. Fortunately, the out-of-pocket cost of the teeth cleaning was less than $60. Not a bad price to pay at all. I've referred my husband, my in-laws, coworkers, and friends to Dr. Pojteck. Riverview Family Dentistry really is the best dentist I've ever been to. I will continue to sing their high praises to anyone that needs the services. read more

I love this dental office! The patient care coordinator, Gabby is amazing, educated, and helpful. She was able to answer all questions I had and also put me and my children at ease when seeing the dentist. Dr Sandra Pojtek is a rare gem. It's very difficult to find a dentist that you trust and that won't drain your pockets. Her conservative approach to dentistry is refreshing and reassuring. Like most people, I was not a fan of the dentist and neither were my children. After visiting Riverview Family Dentistry my family was no longer scared of the dentist, myself included. It's a relief for all of us knowing that we're in good hands physically and financially. I love that their process is so easy. Once you make an appointment, they text you a link to fill out all your paperwork. I wish more offices did this so you save the extra 5-10 minutes of endless paperwork. The staff was very nice and so were the dental hygienists. They did a great job at cleaning my teeth and letting know how to take care of them. They didn't try to sell me on a cup of Listerine for $25 either like other dental offices that I've been to. They truly care about your dental health and I appreciate their genuine staff. I will be coming here for all my dental needs! read more

I had the opportunity to have my externship hours done on this office, been behind scene on this office made me realize how much I love dentistry and how Dr Pojteck does her practice. Dr Pojteck is very knowledgeable, passionate ,honest and profesional, her staff takes sanitation very seriously, is e big deal there, especially when working on peoples mounts. Awful dentist. Hands down the worst dentist I've ever been too. The hygienist are lazy and don't scrap your teeth. They clean with the high pressure water pick the entire time. I had a migraine after getting my teeth cleaned. Go somewhere else. read more

They were extremely rude tried to charge me to get x rays and didn't tell me I could get them sent in from another office and because I wanted to get them sent in from another office they said I wasted their time kicked me out saying I'm not allowed to come back. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had. They made me feel terrible about myself. I would not recommend going here or working with them. They basically acted like I wasn't good enough for them because I was trying to save some money and the funny thing is I need my wisdom teeth pulled which would have been substantial business for them. read more

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Pojtek for a few years now. The whole team is great: from meticulous scheduling (I never had to wait more than 5min!) to thorough cleanings, and great medical service for bigger issues.
