Ive called many times and no return call. They do not answer the phone either. WORST PLACE IN VA BEACH. Do not believe anyone who says good work comes out of this shop. Pictures of the whole thing are uploaded for proof of what comes out of this shop. By far the worst work I have ever seen. I recently got a brand new BMW and wanted to get the roof wrapped and chose this location. The biggest mistake I made in a while. John Reeves is the owner of this location and he told me that no white paint would be showing and I would be very happy with the results. I had to bring my car back 2 different days because they worked on it after hours. After my car was finished I saw the horrid job and wanted to give it time to maybe fix itself before I jumped to conclusions. I hear there is a cure time and was hoping that would fix itself. It didn't. I went to talk to John on April 2nd about getting a refund and he wanted me to let him make it right by taking the vinyl off and re-apply it. After seeing what they did the first time there was no way I would let them even touch my car again. I gave him my cell number, email address, and my address thinking he would reach out to me and update me about something. I thought a week would be plenty of time for some sort of answer about what he was going to do and I still have not heard anything from him to this day. I brought this to small claims court. He didn't show up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! On the bright side he ended up paying for my new roof wrap and it looks so much better thanks to DC Design and Media! Great people over there! STAY AWAY FROM SPEED PRO VA BEACH!! John had 11 days to appeal the case and still have not heard a thing from him about ANYTHING! If the owner replies to this do not listen. He had plenty of time to fix this issue

I had the distinct honor and pleasure to work for the Hackworth's back in the mid 90s. As a young…read moregraphic designer, Hackworth afforded me the opportunity to flourish in my trade by encouraging my creativity and granting me a lot of latitude including developing a company newsletter and portfolio and marketing Hackworth's services throughout the Hampton Roads. Run by a solid, faith-based family, you can't ask for a better place to work or with whom to do business! We worked hard and had fun, all with the goal of 100% client satisfaction, each and every time! I like to call the Hackworth philosophy "WEIT" meaning, they do "whatever it takes" to get the job done, early, or on time, on or under cost, and done right! Teamwork is emphasized here, and even the owners were always willing and ready to "roll up their sleeves" to help get a job out the door. Although Hackworth enjoyed a lot of accolades when I worked for them, I can only see they've achieved even more and have grown exponentially! This business was known as "Hackworth Reprographics" when I worked there, and now, it's blossomed and flourished into so many facets - truly bearing good fruit! Exciting to know about the expansion into Suffolk - congrats! Charles, Rita, Steve, and Mr. and Mrs. Hackworth thanks for the excellent time I had working with and for you! I wish you all continued success and all the best in terms of business success, health, and happiness.
