The guy (who is probably the manager) said it was a 35 to 40 minute wait. I decided to press my luck and go run a 15 minute errand first, hoping the line would shorten up by the time I got back. When I returned, he still said it would be 35-40 minutes. But there were two cars ahead of me just like when I had left earlier. I asked if anyone had showed up while I was gone. He said, "yeah, that guy." I said, "Oh, so if I would have stayed, I would have only had to wait a couple of minutes. Since that guy showed up shortly after me and got right in." I wasn't upset. Kind of more of a "doh!" moment at myself for not sticking around originally. But instead of apologizing for his poor wait estimation, he went on and on lecturing me about how it's first come first serve and this is their busy time because of this and that. And then he went back on his lie and said that the car being worked on had been there the whole time. In which case, my wait would have been over an hour if I had stayed? Like I said, I wasn't even upset about the wait. That's not their fault. He was just RUDE and talking over me and cutting me off and then he said "It's fine, BABY, just go wait." That was the nail in the coffin of why I decided to write this review. Very very creepy, inappropriate and unprofessional. On top of being very rude.
