I used to love this pediatric practice. My son has been a patient here since birth--12 years. Last year, they implemented a new policy refusing to see children whose parents wish to alter the vaccine schedule or hold a religious exemption. I only learned of this when I tried to schedule an appointment. Until then, they had been willing to work with us, but that is no longer an option. They sent transfer paperwork, and the interaction felt dismissive and rude, which made the situation especially disappointing. I will not risk the possibility of vaccine injury for my children, as I personally know several people who have been affected. It's truly a shame to end such a long relationship with a practice that once felt supportive. read more

Can't give any stars this practice will not provide individualized care to special needs child. .they take money from pharma over the care of your children They will not consider anaphylaxis and allergies as a serious medical condition Keep away from this practice . read more

I have been taking my kids to this practice for 6 years now and I absolutely love them. my son was diagnosed with a rare condition and they made sure all my questions were answered. They've helped me in so many ways and I appreciate them for that. read more

I am extremely upset and disappointed with this practice. I had to find a new pediatrician because our previous one stopped accepting our insurance --which is a whole other ordeal. I called multiple places and none so far were accepting it until I spoke with this place. They said they accepted it and they even got off the phone to go speak with someone in the office to confirm that they accepted it and assured me they did. I had a very important appointment I needed to make in regards to a lump my middle son found. After confirming they accepted our insurance they asked for immunization records to be sent to them or brought with us when we got to the appointment. I had the previous pediatrician fax over not just the records of the son who needed the appointment, but for my other two kids as well so they would have them when I needed to make an appointment for any of them in the future. So after all of this on the day of the appointment we we're running late because I have one of my migraine headaches, but we got there by the time we needed to only for them to say they aren't sure they even take the insurance and that they couldn't see my son until they were able to figure out if they could even take the insurance and only then at that time could they call and reschedule the appointment. Like REALLY!? Why did they say they could accept the insurance when they actually and obviously never even had any idea whether that was the truth or not. Because it is so hard to find a pediatrician who even takes this insurance so if they do accept it and I am concerned about what this may mean for level of care. I hope and will pray that things work out and my kids receive a top level of care that any and all children deserve and have a right to. read more

We have been with Dr. Detrisac since my son was 4 days old. She has provided nothing but excellent care, often going above and beyond. She is truly an amazing and compassionate doctor. She always answers my many questions. I never feel rushed. We are so lucky to have found her. I constantly recommend her to every parent I meet who is looking for a pediatrician read more

Dr Williams takes the time and energy to provide quality care. He started as a reference for my sons concussion injury and that experience made us switch practices. He was very thorough and made sure we understood his symptoms, recovery plans. read more

Unfortunately this practice only good for giving shots and referrals. Keep looking, parents.

We switched to Watoto Pediatrics after not being happy with a previous provider. We have received wonderful care and attention at Watoto Pediatrics. Both Dr. Williams and Dr. D have cared for my son and both are very compassionate and responsive to my questions and concerns. My son has special needs and we have needed referrals to specialists which Dr Williams have provided for us quickly. The doctors are responsive to after hours needs and the office staff is respectful and efficient. The waiting rooms (separate sick and well waiting rooms) and the exam rooms are both kept very clean. We have not had any problems scheduling same day sick appointments. We have been very happy with our decision to change our pediatrician to Watoto. read more

I do not recommend this office simply for the fact that we made our first appointment and missed it because life happens (like a car accident, being in the hospital, an emergency, etc.), and as a new patient, I am willing to pay the cancellation fee however, this office refuses to see me as a patient because I missed the first appointment. Although this office and the doctors were highly rated, their policies are outdated and discriminatory. Therefore, I do not recommend anybody call this location ever in their life, avoid at all cost, as they do not care about your well-being because again, if I have an emergency, I missed an appointment and I'm willing to pay the fee. I am still not allowed to go to this office. read more

This office is an excellent find! The front desk was very warm and welcoming. Dr. Williams listened to all of my concerns and answered all my questions. Not once did I feel like I was being judged for asking what may have been considered a silly question. The nurse that administered my son's vaccines was very quick and professional. I hope to have a long standing relationship with this practice! read more

They've been really good with my 4 daughters and treat adolescents/teenagers well. Dr. D has come up with creative solutions to problems my child has faced. We've been using them 3 years since we moved here and haven't had any problems. They are easy to contact and the lobby isn't a zoo. They run on time. I don't feel rushed and they complete any paperwork without a hassle. The front desk staff is kind. I recommend them. read more

We have brought both of our children to Watoto Pediatrics since birth. They have helped us through everything from the mundane to the scary, the common to the rare. Both Dr. Detrisac and Dr. Williams have always gone the extra mile, answering every question, explaining every recommendation, and coordinating care when necessary. We could not imagine a more caring, knowledgeable, accessible practice. read more

Everyone in the office is very welcoming, they make the kids feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. D

Very poor customer service. Error on their end and blamed me for it. Very unprofessional.. Would not recommend..

I took my son in for his first visit, his 3 year check up since we just moved to the area. I wasn't overly impressed. One doctor came into the office yelling at someone on the phone. I had to ask the nurse her name several times since she didn't bother to introduce herself. We saw Dr. Detrisac and she was good with him and seemed quite thorough. At one point I needed to change his diaper and they didn't have any baby wipes in the office?!? I have to say over the last few months the experience has been much, much better! Perhaps our first visit was an off day- read more

We've been with them since my first child was born 5 years ago. We always have a great experience. Good reminders on follow up appointments and designated check ups. Always a friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Irving is great. Always a smile on his face, very friendly and thorough. Most importantly, he and his staff are very patient and kind in answering all the questions new parents can have. Highly recommend them to any parents. read more

I really enjoyed when we found Dr. Williams the office staff was great and the kids loved him. I'm not sure if because of covid we didn't notice the staff changes but they were not for the better. My 12 year old was being seeing for some health issues the two nurses that worked that day made her so uncomfortable she wouldn't even speak. When we came out of the room the two were just gossiping and saying it's ok we can do it we won't get in trouble today she not here, by she they meant the office manager. Then when I got the blood results in at 9a from lapcorp I called the office around 12p and was told they didn't have them, I called back at 1p she said she still didn't have them. At this point I could tell by her voice that she was irritated so I then waited until 3:30p she said I told you I would call you when I had them, I responded with I've had them since 9a do you want me to send it to you, she said oh wait here they are. Anytime over the last month I have called and said who I was when they picked up the phone it was an automatic attitude. I decided after years to go else where. I will miss Dr Williams but these 2 specific ladies were so rude and unprofessional that I couldn't continue taking my children there.. Lady's remember you work around children do better. read more
