This is the group you want to be with. The people leaving negative reviews about this practice…read moreclearly haven't experienced the kind of care you receive at a larger, impersonal office. Our children have been patients at two of the "top-rated" pediatricians as we've moved over the years--and this is the only practice where you're truly treated as a person, not just a number. If you're looking for speed and convenience, you can always go to an assembly-line pediatrician. But if you want a true care team--literally two doctors who will know your children by name, provide thoughtful and individualized treatment, and actually keep you informed--this is the place for you. When I first called, Anastasia let me know they're a smaller practice. So yes, I may wait on hold for a couple minutes while they're helping another patient--but I'll take that any day over the rushed, impersonal care we've experienced elsewhere. At the other offices, they'd order multiple bacterial infection tests based only on symptoms I described over the phone--without even seeing my children. That's not care--that's just billing insurance as quickly as possible. Sky Valley is the complete opposite. Here, they take the time to listen, assess thoughtfully, and treat your family like their own.

I've tried many doctors over the years and this place is by far the best one I've ever been to…read more I'm always hesitant giving 5 star reviews to any place difficult to get in to because it could make it harder to get into, but the front desk people were very accommodating, the nurse was great and Dr Mark was totally old school. He actually spent a good amount of time with me, was very knowledgeable with covid and seemed to care like no other dr I've ever seen. I couldn't be happier especially after seeing a string of bad doctors for the last 10 years. Awesome job guys!

I interviewed for two different positions at this office, and unfortunately, my experience during…read morethe second interview was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. During the interview, Dr. Theresa Shupe was seated in a position where I could see her in my peripheral vision. Throughout the interview, while I was speaking, I repeatedly observed her appearing to speak and gesture to the HR representative across the room, including what appeared to be pointing toward me and making mocking facial expressions. When I looked in their direction, the behavior would stop, or she would begin fidgeting with her hands as though trying to make it appear that nothing had happened. Whether or not that was her intention, that was how the behavior came across to me as a candidate, and I found it incredibly disrespectful and uncomfortable. I have interviewed with many healthcare organizations and have never experienced anything quite like it. The behavior struck me as extremely immature and was something I would have expected from a child, not a medical professional conducting an interview. The interview itself also felt disorganized, and it was unclear who was leading the conversation or what the overall process was supposed to be. Unfortunately, the entire experience left me with a very negative impression of the office and its leadership. If this is how a potential employee is treated during an interview, I can only imagine how that type of behavior might affect the people who actually work there. Obviously, I cannot speak to the experiences of current employees, but my interaction with Dr. Shupe gave me serious concerns about the possibility of a toxic workplace environment. At this point in my career, professionalism, maturity, and mutual respect are non-negotiable. I would not want to work in an environment where someone in a leadership or provider role behaves this way toward a potential colleague. In my opinion, Dr. Shupe's conduct during the interview was the clearest indication I needed that this was not the right workplace for me. Perhaps it is time for her to consider whether she is still interested in being in a position where professionalism and respectful treatment of others are so important. I certainly would not recommend this office to someone considering employment there based on my experience. If I could give zero stars or a negative star, I would, but unfortunately, this is the least I can give. Moreover, this is the first time I've ever reviewed an interview in my entire existence because this is by far the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life/career. And mind you this is not the first time they had read my résumé. They were well aware that I had already applied for a position and they called me Back and invited me for the interview. I didn't camp out in front of their building. Shame on you, Dr Theresa Shupe!!! Do better and be better!!!
