First off let me say that all the swim instructors here have been phenomenal. My frustration is…read morewith the way this company is run. It's non stop small issues and it seems management is non existent. Lots of miscommunication and the scheduling is terrible. Why is it one class has 6 kids but there are 3 other instructors with 1 kid? Feels like the franchise is not run smoothly. The place had a fire back in December and I had unused weeks. It took 3 different calls to get a refund when they kept trying to push for a makeup class. Makeup classes aren't easy to do as they are not open all the time and some classes are already full. Management is absentee and it's not good on the parents.

The instructors, Monique, Sam, Sarah, Araceli and Jasmine are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and intentional with their teaching skills. I have tried other programs but this one is actually teaching my girls to swim. My older daughter has learned all swim styles, while my younger has moved up through the lessons, confidently jumping in, floating, and learning swim styles. I am extremely impressed and grateful to have them as part of our village in raising our daughters. Forever grateful we found them! It is a highlight to our week! Love, The Blackwood family

We have a pool so being pool safe is a must, with her being younger than 3 I didn't expect for her to excel like she did. My daughter is a tough one, she is difficult to work with because she takes a long time to open up to strangers (which isn't good when you are an instructor lol) Samantha was so very patient with her, always smiling and being calm. My daughter fed off that energy. Knowing her if she was with someone impatient or demanding she wouldn't enjoy it . Yes the first 2-3 days are tough. She had mixed feelings. But by day 3-4 she was excited to go to swim class. She learned how to swim out of a pool in the event of an accidental fall. I will sign up next year again and can't wait for my son to be close to 3 to sign him up as well. Thank you Lifetime Swimmers !

Went for the recreation swimming, complete waste of time & money, thankfully it was only $5, so not much money wasted. Swimming facilities are ok, nothing special. But if your young child can't swim yet, don't even bother wasting your time. They micromanage you with a bunch of rules. No life jackets allowed which is INSANE. Front desk lady tried to gaslight me & say that's a normal policy in most places which it is NOT. She needs to get out more. I've been all across the country & not one other places I've been to has ever had that rule, in fact it's the opposite in most places--non-swimmers are REQUIRED to wear them. So basically my kid couldn't do anything but sit there hanging on the edge of the pool. I tried to walk around the pool with her on my back, again, like I do everywhere else & they said I can't do that either. I couldn't swim cuz I had to watch my child at all times just hanging on the edge of the pool. Not fun at all. Locked rooms are only 18+, so couldn't use that either cuz my kid is with me. Just a bunch of pointless weird rules & micromanaging that doesn't exist anywhere else I've ever seen. Save your money & time & go somewhere else. We ended up just going to raging waters where we have season passes, she can wear life jackets allowed, & we have way more fun.
