Service is sooooooo slow. Food is overpriced and not all that great. There are much better options than this around here.

Do they actually remember us or are they just Olympic-level at pretending? Unsure. Do I love it either way? Absolutely. My twins sprint to the toy stash like it's their second home, then sip their hot cocoa at the mythical "no tears, not-too-hot" temperature. The cinnamon rolls disappear so fast you'd think I was sharing with a pack of raccoons. And the wall of police patches? My husband donated one of his, and now the twins point it out every single time like it's a museum exhibit titled "Dad Is Cool." My go-to is the banana caramel latte, which tastes like banana bread met a caramel cloud and said, "Let's get things done." Smooth, sweet, and just enough caffeine to activate my teacher, or parent, or both superpowers (depending on what day it is ) It's friendly, unfussy, and exactly the kind of place you want in your neighborhood, where your kids are welcome, your coffee is great, and your day gets a little better the second you walk in. Five stars!

You HAVE to get Grandma's coffee cake warmed with butter. It is soo amazing! My other favorites here are the iced latte and the iced matcha latte. Get the matcha latte with oat milk and vanilla - SO GOOD! A great little spot for a coffee meet up with a friend! They have activities for kids and a bunch of board and card games to play. What a nice addition to the Lone Mountain area!

Palm Sugar is definitely a hidden gem in Las Vegas, located inside Poppy Collective (a hair salon)…read more What a perfect addition, who wouldn't want to grab a cup of coffee or matcha while getting their hair done?! I love the interior design of Palm Sugar. It's beautifully integrated with the salon and creates such a welcoming, cozy atmosphere. Their flavors are made in-house, and I love the creativity they bring with their menu, especially the seasonal drinks. Sydney is a kind and attentive barista. I had a few questions and she patiently answered them and helped me decide which drink to get. The service felt warm and genuine, which made the experience even better. If you have a chance to stop by, I definitely recommend the Mango Cream Latte. I know it might sound like a weird combo, but the strong coffee profile (that slight bitterness) paired with the sweet, citrusy mango cream works so well together!! It's such a unique and refreshing balance of flavors. I also appreciate how thoughtfully the drinks are crafted. You can tell there's a lot of care put into both the ingredients and presentation. It's the kind of spot that makes you want to slow down, enjoy your drink, and maybe even discover a new favorite. I love it so much that I need to come back again before it's gone!

The latte I got was an iced Caribbean Honey. I probably should have gotten it hot as it tastes like an iced coffee with sugar. Nothing distinctive about it. The reason for the 4 star rating was the customer service. Sydney was amazing! Oh I hope I spelled her name correctly. Very welcoming and so friendly. She also has a tattoo on her arm that she let me take a picture of because I want that tattoo on my arm. She was so kind to tell me that I can do it as it's an original drawing she did and doesn't mind sharing. How amazing is that! For me it's not all about the food or drink, it's the quality customer service I receive. And I sure received quality customer service from Sydney!

It truly hits every mark: excellent food, a beautiful interior and ambiance, warm service, and great beverages. The atmosphere is especially lovely, with flower-covered walls, exposed brick, and a window view overlooking the lake. It's the kind of place you want to linger, and the staff is kind enough to never rush you out. They also offer fantastic options for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan diets, which is surprisingly rare to find done this well. The service is consistently excellent, with staff who genuinely go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. Definitely check out and support this small business--you won't regret it.

The ambiance is cozy and cute and you can sit right next to the window with a view of the water, however the outside windows were a bit dirty and covered in bird poo. I ordered the smoked salmon toast while my Fiancè had the slow cooked brisket, with two eggs and rice. While my smoked salmon toast was quite good and light (I recommend this if you go), my partners food was good as well but as this was the first meal we ate in the day, after he finished we sat for about 15 minutes and he started to feel a little sick. Another thing, the menu does seem to be very limited, I did expect a little more but that is just my own opinion.
