My mother was having a family reunion of 20 people. I love the fact that the staff of Nino's kitchen was willing to work with me to accommodate this party. Dakota was exceptional and professional. He allowed our party in the restaurant to be seated close together and allowed us to have separate checks, Dakota worked with me to make it easy for my party with a condensed menu. This restaurant is located on the golf course of Angel Park. You have beautiful views of the golf course with its waterfalls. They have a full service bar. The venue's park-like setting was beautiful, the food was quite nice yet reasonably priced and the service was OUTSTANDING !  We were very impressed with the management and staff; they were efficient, accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. Sahar made the event planning very easy, Dakota ensured every detail was taken care of at the party and everyone from the bartenders to servers and everyone else, made the evening truly a delightful experience. A nice quick bite to eat after a round of golf, but I wouldn't make a trip outside of this restaurant. I had the nachos and mahi fish tacos. The nachos were really good but they came out cold. I bet they would have been great if they would have brought them out fresh. Probably would have bumped this review up a star. The mahi fish tacos were good but there were way too many onions. They had no gluten-free options outside of that. The staff was nice but they were short staffed so everything took about triple the time you would expect. 7 of us get tohether every month or so usually at a golf course and have breakfast and conversation. The spot we had chosen was bought out by an event, so we ended up changing our plans ansd coming to Nino's Kitchen at Angel Park Golf Course. I had been here years ago when it was under different name and management. The seven of us had a large round table and orders for coffee/tea were taken and brought. Our server way Tyler and he was excellent. The place was not busy at all which made it nice. After the drinks were brought, Tyler took our orders. Most of us got the two egg breakfast that comes with sausage or bacon, potatoes, rice, or fruit, and choice of toast or English muffin. I got the eggs over light, sausage, potatoes, and rye toast. After a short wait, our breakfasts were brought. The toast is not buttered bt you are brought butter pats to use the amount you want. The eggs were cooked as asked and there were two sausage patties. During this time, our coffees were refilled. Tyler gave us separate checks--one for each couple and a solo one for me. The view from my seat was toward the western mountains (over the putting green) but I could turn and look at the golf course and the water. A few days ago we chose to have breakfast outside, with a stunning view, & it was Nino's at Angel Park golf course. We ordered scrambled eggs, pecan bacon, potatoes & marble toast. How can anyone in the business wreck a breakfast? The eggs were powdered & very dull to the taste. The potatoes were deep fried nuggets (too well done at that), & the marble toast (4 pieces in all) were not buttered. Now they do that in parts of Europe, but come on.... this is basic & I at least want my toast to be spread. The server was delightful, efficient & knows the menu well. Sometimes Nino's turns out a good meal, but never seemed to live up to a decent breakfast. And, thus, we won't be returning real soon. read more

My family recently hosted a Celebration of Life at the Nino's Kitchen area of Angel Park. I am so grateful for how wondrful the team was to work with: they were very kind, helpful, and made the process extremely easy during a very difficult time. Bad service trumps the excellent location that should have prime potential. Their outdoor patio area it one of the best in the area. Their prices are not outrageous. Their food is good. After 3 breakfast visits (June 2023). With 3 different servers the past month. All while sitting outside on the patio. With only another table occupied. No one sitting inside. Servers seem inattentive, disappear for long periods, things like coffee not being refilled unless you flag them down and ask, etc. Might explain why there are relatively no customers? This is either management policy, a training issue, or lack there of? Management needs to have a trusted person incognito give them a honest evaluation. I would change my opinion/rating if things improved. But I may not be returning. You need to improve your service considerably. read more

This review is for breakfast. My husband and I love places that offer outdoor seating. We were hoping to sit outside, but the day we went the wind was blowing so hard that umbrellas and chairs were flying all over. So, we stayed indoors. Nino's Kitchen offers a very comfortable area for dining. It overlooks the "miniature golf" area at the golf course. There numerous options for breakfast that should appeal to just about any palate. There are breakfast sandwiches, combo's, pancakes, and more. I ordered the California Omelette. It was made nicely with fluffy eggs, avocado, Swiss Cheese, and mushrooms. I was very pleased that the eggs were thoroughly cooked, but without any browned or burnt edges. I like my eggs fully cooked; not runny. If eggs come out under cooked I lose my appetite and send the whole dish back. The meal came with breakfast potatoes and toast all for around $12.00. Hubby ordered the eggs Benedict with spinach. The eggs, again, were cooked perfectly. The poached eggs were just the right amount of softness without being under cooked. Our server was very attentive without being intrusive. He constantly checked on us and made sure our coffee cups never went empty. If you're looking for a change of pace for breakfast with a great view and very reasonable prices, then Nino's Kitchen is the perfect spot for you! read more

This is a wonderful location, not understanding why their service is lacking. We have been here several times now. Well the four stars is definitely for the view and the atmosphere of the outdoor patio. Such a great view and so relaxing especially during the sunset and evening hours. They have a lot of outdoor tables as well as a decent space inside. The food... leaves to be a little desired. The appetizers were great!! We ordered the spinach dip, calamari and pretzel bites. All were so yummy!! The spinach dip had pita chips that were so crispy and paired well with the spinach dip. The dip was very unique and came in a small kettle. Almost similar to what French onion soup comes in. The Calamari was well cooked and wasn't too fishy or rubbery. And the pretzel bites had just the right amount of salt and was paired with a beer cheese! YUM!! The main food however... I had the chicken tacos and I was disappointed. They were bland and really all I could taste was the overwhelming spicy sauce. When they came out, the presentation was similar to Applebee's which was a disappointment after having the appetizers. The Caesar salad was better due to the lettuce leaves they used and the special dressing. Maybe I just got the wrong items but it's definitely worth going back to even just to sit outside and enjoy the view!! read more

Came here before a round of golf and after looking at the menu, was really excited to try the food. The menu was extensive and for what we were getting, pretty cheap which is always a plus, especially on a golf course in that part of town. I got the ahi tuna sandwich with coleslaw which was divine although when I saw the coleslaw portion compared to my friend's fries, I was bit disappointed. The rest of my crew got the ahi tuna salad which was really good, the club, and the Reuben sliders which were apparently amazing. I wish this spot was closer to my side of town because I would come here all the time and not just when I am golfing. read more

I actually genuinely love the food at this place. Everything I've tried there has been extremely delicious. I've heard the burger- really enjoyed it. They have something called mozzarella triangles or something like that, which are basically mozzarella sticks but shaped as triangles. They are always cooked perfectly with a cheese pull that would blow your mind. They also give a sauce that's more of a tomato soup and I can tell the main ingredient is love. Such a great take on the square. I've also had the garlic parm wings. I didn't love the seasoning but the wing was cooked well. Looking forward to trying it with the buffalo sauce. Fries are always good too and service is always friendly and attentive. If you stick with my recommendations and don't like it then that's on you. Your taste buds are stupid. read more

This place has been around for a while and I always enjoy it. Beautiful views, solid food, great prices. The best time is early morning on the patio so you can beat the heat but still find some peace in the fresh air. The waterfalls, birds, and roses are lovely to look at while you pick from a menu full of a variety of items from burgers, tacos, and sandwiches, to wings, nachos, and salads. I enjoyed the tri-color nachos this time in which they used real cheese (no cheese sauce here!) and added some grilled chicken, and my friend got the Reuben which was also tasty. First, a disclaimer: I was here with a group from my neighborhood for the Tuesday Evening Patio Party, so the Happy Hour menu was on the bill. The setting is magnificent: a very large patio fronting water and mountains. Our group got together at 6:00 p.m., and it was still sunny; I didn't see much refuge from the sun, but happily, it wasn't that hot, and by the time the sun set it was perfect weather. I was a little peeved that my favorite wines, Riesling and Prosecco, or even a Cava, weren't available. I was obligingly brought a sample of two different Pinot Grigios, but they were too dry for my taste, so in a Sleepless in Seattle moment, I said "I'll have what she's having," meaning my neighbor, who was sipping a vodka and cranberry with a splash of OJ. It turned out to be one of the most awful drinks I've ever had, really peculiar tasting; a waitress said she thought it might be the cranberry they use. I suspect I'm not the first to have sent it back. I ended up with the Pinot, anyway. It was a couple of notches up from that dreadful other one. I ordered the shrimp salad, but this was no salad. There was an enormous portion of tasty shrimp. Had I known that it was going to be in a full bowl of SOUP, composed of what tasted like mayonnaise and ketchup with an almost imperceptible kick of spice, I would have asked for the dressing on the side. There was no way of getting most of the clingy sauce off any of the shrimp. It was also too much shrimp for one person to eat; between that and the dressing, it's a good thing I'm not having my cholesterol checked tomorrow. After that, I stood up, and suddenly realized that the entire back of my pants was wet - REALLY wet. It looked as if I had done you-know-what. I looked at the seat, which had definitely been dry when I first sat down, and it, too, had a big, round wet spot dead center. A couple of guys who are regular golfers and diners there, who had come over to talk to one of our group, told me that this sometimes happens, because the seats get wet from the sprinklers, absorb the water, get dry on the outside, then spring a leak after someone sits in them. Lucky me! I didn't dry off during the considerable time we spent after that, even in the desert, and was really uncomfortable and embarrassed. My husband managed to find a cushion for me that had a plasticized exterior. Many of the other fabric ones had lots of bird poop on them. My husband was still hungry after his chicken "fingers," which were really bigger than any fingers I've ever seen (this is not a political statement), so he got the Margherita flatbread, which another neighbor was eating. It looked a little soft, so he asked for it well-done, which is the way it came out. It was good, though not exceptional. The waitress (and the rest of the staff) did a fabulous job, especially considering the size of the group, our many requests, and the fact that everyone wanted separate checks, which were cheerfully provided. Five stars for the ambience, service and the guitarist, who never seemed to take a break and played wonderful music that still allowed us to talk. Two to three stars for the food. One star for the trick fabric cushions. I might consider coming back, but surely not when summer in the desert ratches up. read more

I just moved close by and really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately the food just wasn't that great. Everyone who helped me was extremely friendly, the views were amazing, and the atmosphere was casual and inviting. Very easy non-gated public access as well (I wondered about that since it's associated with a golf club). I came for breakfast with my mom and daughter but I most likely won't return unless it's for live music or drinks. The food was comparable to what you would get at a gas station. Just "ding dong" microwaved food, unfortunately. But again, gorgeous view. read more

I was invited to this cute spot by one of my myoho sisters. It is a PERFECT spot for lunch. The menu is simple but full of variety. I had the steak nachos with guacamole (I used the 50% off any starter coupon offered for first timers--super generous savings!) and peach green tea. The nachos were HUGE and the tea was perfect; ice cold and with just the right amount of sweet. The best part about this spot is the view! The patio is the place to be. See attached photo. For golf course food it rates the best for taste and value for your money. The nachos start at $10 - but for the price you get what you pay for. The manager came out to thank me for using Yelp! It made me feel pretty good and my girlfriend was impressed. The waitress was prompt and friendly. I will be sharing for this spot with other girlfriends. It's perfect for socializing. read more

The food was enjoyable, the location nice right off of the course. The service, however, was horrendous. Our server who stated her name was Ana was absolutely abhorrent. I'm sorry, why does it take 20 minutes to get a water? We had to wave down another staff member to ask and they were kind enough to bring us some drinks to the table. And then let's not mention the fact that we placed our order within 10 minutes of being seated, waited 20 minutes for a water and then for two sandwiches and fries waited almost an HOUR until the same staff member checked on our food for us because everytime we looked our server was on her phone on another side of the restaurant. Our server Ana didn't even pass our table after she took our initial drink and food order. I highly doubt this individual is just this bad with one table if her inability to even come back and check on us at any point in time after she initially took our orders is any indiciation of the type of service she provides to every customer. If you want anyone to recommend this establishment for some food, you better figure out how to not deter them with terrible service. read more

My husband and I enjoy stopping by Nino's Kitchen before we set out to golf. Or attempt to golf, that is. But that's another story. We love the day girls on Wednesdays and Thursdays. They're warm, funny and friendly. The bloody marys are amazing and a steal at $5. Try getting that at any other area course. You can just tell that from check in to the restaurant to the cart area that it's like a big family here. Stop by the patio and have a beer after your game. The views are incredible. Jeez, do they hate us? Upon walking in there's no host/ess, but also no sign that says seat yourself, so we stood around awkwardly for a minute before deciding to seat ourselves. Nobody attended our table for a bit, so we were looking around for any indication that maybe we were not supposed to be there, but finally went up to the bar to get the bartenders attention. She kept attending to her current patrons, and kept skipping us. It wasnt packed or busy. Another patron handed us their menu after they were done and we went back to our table to look at it, when the server finally came. (They don't wear name tags but it seemingly doesn't matter which server it is, based upon the other reviews here in Yelp). She told us the menu we had wasn't the right menu, nor was their online menu so she gave us the correct one. But still she was super annoyed we were there, which left us still confused if we weren't supposed to be there? But after awhile it seemed this was the norm for the other surrounding patrons. Food quality was similar to Dennys, but hey you get better service there. These people definitely do not want to serve you. So expect to feel that uncomfortable atmosphere. read more

I go here for business meetings and the food is pretty solid. I don't golf at all but I've had breakfast many times. The eggs are very filling and they add a healthy amount of cheese when asked to add it, the bacon is cooked just right and not too crispy or too fatty, the staff has always been very nice. I would suggest going if you are in the area. There is a bar too! read more

I absolutely love this place. The patio is the best place in town to dine. The views are unmatched, it's like you're not even in Las Vegas. People that are complaining about bird poop and wet cushions should probably go inside to eat. My server Dani was such a joy! She's very entertaining and provides excellent service. Tuesday, April16,2019.....We finally found Nino's, adjacent to the Golf Course. We all walked in (4 children and 2 adults) and sat for 10 minutes waiting for the petite little waitress to at least give us menus. We saw her chatting it up with fellow workers, drinking bottled water. I realized that they did not want our business. Guess we were too DARK. Or was it my grandkids, who WERE WELL BEHAVED?? Pass this place by if you are African American or with kids. We walked out. So rude!! read more
