    Seafood Bouillabaisse

We came here on a Sunday evening and were seated right away. Our order was taken quickly and the food came out fast as well. I ordered the seafood bouillabaisse and my husband got the gumbo. Both dishes were delicious and came with a good amount of food. Our favorite was definitely the gumbo. It was very flavorful and the sausage and shrimp were well seasoned. The inside is nice with a decent amount of seating options. We will definitely be back.

Stopped in as we were deciding on this place or the one next door. Saw the Lemon lobster linguine and Mom was sold that this is what she wanted. She was worried about smelling bad, but it did not the whole restaurant. We work quickly sat and got some bread for the table. Mom already knew what she wanted and I quickly figured out. I wanted to try the Sushi I thought about the ceviche, but it had scallops in it, and I'm not a huge fan of scallops. Our waiter was new but he was efficient. Our food was delicious and my mom took home cake for dessert, but she was too full. She wasn't even able to finish her meal. Overall great price for the food sizes. I thought the chocolate cake slice was a little small for the price. Mom just confirmed it was good!

I am really in between a three and a four but they don't allow us to add a half Mark. So far everything that I've tried at this location has been pretty good the Cobb salad is great and so is the clam chowder. Had a better pan roast at other locations so won't order this here. I definitely think they need more servers. They have a larger restaurant and when it gets really busy there are occasions that it is very difficult to get service.

Was seated quickly as I sat at the bar. The stools were high and kind of hard to climb on. The location was not so busy. Our server was nice. I ordered clam chowder and salmon. The clam chowder was creamy but not very hearty. It was served with crackers. The salmon was served with carrots and green beans. The was not very tasty at all. It was also extremely greasy. Had no flavor. The mashed potatoes had a sour taste abs they were brown with the gravy on the side. I can say it was extremely disappointing. Maybe the chef had an off night.

Pan roast but almost gone! That good.

Craving oysters and this place hit the spot! Got the oysters, crudo, and the pan roast was so hearty. Oysters and crudo were fresh. Staff was super friendly and we are definitely coming back. Luis was awesome. Great suggestions, attentive and made our night. This place is tucked away, with a good amount of seating. Casual setting it cute date spot.

This place is one of the reasons I say yes to Vegas with my husband . Nice little place in the corner hidden . We share a pan roast every time because it's just enough for us ,but I might have to stop sharing It's so good !!!! Thank you to our server Vanessa so sweet and attentive to us really made us want to keep coming back . Always a great time coming here , great food and great staff .

Came in on a Thursday for dinner. It's a seat yourself situation and then a server comes up to you. We ordered a bit of everything to try. The calamari came out hot and fresh. I wasn't too amazed with their raw oysters. Sushi rolls were a good portion and so were all the entrees. It is a bit pricey but I felt the size of everything matched. Overall, great meal and great service!

Absolutely the greatest service here. I had to order the oysters that were $1.50 each. The star of the evening was Vanessa who was our server. Food was excellent, and the restaurant was very calm and relaxing, perfect for a day of losing your butt in the casino. Vanessa was very accommodating, patient while we ordered our food and never rushed us. With the quality of the food and the service Vanessa gave us, top notch for its price. You cannot go wrong coming, ask for Vanessa!

Located conveniently in the Suncoast Casino, Briggs' Oyster is very easy to access. There are traditional bar seats and sit down tables, and booths. Vanessa our server was very attentive. The menu is what you would find at a traditional oyster bar. There is also a selection of sushi, rolls, and sashimi. We started with an order of a dozen oysters on the half shell. Tip: $1.50 oysters on Wednesdays. My wife got the Shrimp & Crab Pasta and I ordered the Pan Roast. The seafood in Shrimp & Crab Pasta was very fresh and well seasoned. The sauce is more of a thicker creamy white sauce like an Alfredo sauce. The portion size is on par with other oyster bars. The Pan Roast was a bit more sour than what I am accustomed to. There was a mini lobster tail that was a bit overcooked and rubbery. The portion size was just okay. We both enjoyed the starter bread basket and look forward to trying other menu items in the future.

Food is always good. Our server Luis was excellent as always. We're not smokers and sitting on the tables by the casino isn't as bad as you would think with the smoke from the casino right there.

When it came out it was not what we expected. But it ended up being delicious!! Restaurant is classy. Cute outdoor section on the second floor. Floors are always slippery though. Careful in heels! ** only other complaint on the butternut squash is no one asked if everything was okay since the whole dish sat there. I literally ate one piece. We also spoke to a manager about the great service, which I did mention how dry the butternut squash was during the conversation. Apparently offering a different dish or removing the dish and taking it off the check isn't a thing anymore if food isn't up to standards. Or even firing up a new one. A little disappointed about that, but it is what it is.

For example, we ordered the traditional jambalaya, which also has a "loaded" option for an extra $10. We clearly wanted the original, but she repeated it as "loaded." Thankfully, my husband caught it and corrected her before it went through. Later, we noticed another table was upcharged for potatoes without realizing they were an add-on.
