Horrible bedside manner. The only caring employee was the wonderful lady at the front desk. I wish I had asked her name.

I just left here due to me having an area I wanted him to look at…read more This is my second time here and never have I had to wait more than 5 minutes. Every person I encountered here really seems to like their job. They have smiles on their faces and seem happy to be there. Well as happy as you can be at work - we all know those people who make it seem like they are doing you a favor by taking your insurance card or answering questions? Not here. There is a really good staff and friendly. Now for the Dr. So I am waiting in the room to show him this spot on my leg and lets face it - no one likes needles or getting cut open but I really really really hate needles. So the Dr walks in and I told him I was there for him to look at something but I really wanted him to just give me a cream and send me home and I promise to put it on as many times a day as he says lol he laughs and said "Sure we can do it over the phone if you like" totally down to earth response that had to make you laugh. But secretly I was like "whew" I don't have to get cut open today lol. Anyway he called in a script to my pharmacy and told me if it doesn't go away in 2 weeks I have to come back for removal. Ok Doc that's fair! There is nothing better than having a Dr. who you can feel comfortable with and does not want to biopsy every thing. So happy I found this Dermatologist! Oh he does Botox and stuff like that but did I say I hate needles :)

I booked a facial wrinkle treatment online. Although I was a new client at your clinic, I have been…read morereceiving facial aesthetic treatments for nearly five years and have previously used products like Botox and Xeomin. However, when I arrived, the practitioner performing the injections seemed very unprofessional. First, despite being a new client, I had clearly stated my treatment history; yet, when discussing the plan, she recommended Dysport instead of the Botox I had originally booked. She asked if I was comfortable with a total cost exceeding $700--which was fine by me. I also wanted a touch-up on my cheeks (where I had received Juvéderm injections a year prior). After treating my forehead, she declared the session over. When I asked about my cheeks, she asked in surprise, "You want to do your cheeks too?" I was shocked, as I had mentioned needing treatment for both my forehead and cheeks from the start. I kept asking for her recommendations, expecting a professional to proactively suggest a plan and advise me on what was needed. Instead, she claimed I had only booked a 15-minute session for forehead wrinkles and suggested I come back the next day. When I said I couldn't return the following day, she reluctantly agreed to inject Restylane into my cheeks. Throughout the process, she repeatedly questioned my ability to pay--asking things like "Is this price okay?" and "Do you know how much this costs?"--rather than offering professional advice on the areas of my face that needed attention. This made me feel very uncomfortable. She rushed through the procedure, and after I paid over $1,300 and left, no follow-up appointment was scheduled. I suspect this happened because my attire made me look "low-class," leading her to worry that I couldn't afford the treatment. She offered no advice or assessment based on my face's actual needs; she simply performed my requests mechanically without ever mentioning follow-up care. There was absolutely no effect after getting the treatment on my forehead. In the past, when I got Botox, the forehead lines would disappear the very same day.

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this office and, unfortunately, cannot recommend…read morethem--especially for pediatric patients or children with special needs. I brought my 2-year-old autistic son in for follow-up care after he had been hospitalized for an infection in his arm. A culture was obtained and he was prescribed antibiotics. The culture later came back positive, yet no one from the office contacted me to notify me of the result or discuss whether his treatment needed to be changed. My son completed the entire 10-day course of antibiotics, which was incredibly difficult for him due to his special needs, only for us to return because the affected areas were still not improving. At that follow-up visit, I was casually told, "Oh, by the way, the culture came back positive." We then learned that the initial antibiotic had not adequately treated the organism, and he was prescribed another lengthy course of a different antibiotic. While we were later traveling on vacation with multiple children, the new antibiotic was accidentally lost. I repeatedly tried to contact the office for help and to discuss my concerns. I could not get a return call from the MA or anyone in management. When I asked to speak with literally anyone who could help, I was told that "providers do not make calls or speak to anyone." I work in healthcare myself, and what concerns me most is the lack of communication, follow-up, compassion, and urgency surrounding a pediatric patient with a positive culture--particularly a 2-year-old with autism for whom administering medication can already be extremely challenging. I understand that mistakes and communication issues can happen. What matters is how a healthcare office responds when a parent raises a concern and needs help. Unfortunately, I did not feel supported, heard, or confident that my child's care was being appropriately followed. Based on our experience, I do not feel this office demonstrates the level of pediatric readiness, communication, or compassion I would expect when caring for young children, particularly those with special needs. I would not recommend this office for pediatric care and believe they may be better suited to treating adult patients. I hope any parents looking for a dermatologist please go elsewhere or I urge this office to make some serious changes. Children are more vulnerable and deserve specialized care if you are not ready for that take it off your services, you are breaking the "do no harm" healthcare oath.
