Moving on to the doctor... she was very lively, thorough and professional at the same time. She spoke to me as if we'd been friends for a long time and was easy to understand. She answers other related questions and even asked me about my own family's health. She's hidden in the north east side of the lantana complex next to game stop and the dollar store. All that needs to make a 5 star is common courtesy... which is sadly lacking in most of these professions, but it should t stop you from going.

Why would you have me pay $150 up front, and then secretly bill me another $300???? Why would you let me leave, when I owed you $300? This is an embarrasment, and I will be finding a new office that doesn't have a FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLAR simple visit fee. Absolute insanity. My account is under review with the financial team, but this is INSANITY. It's like going to Mcdonalds for a happy meal, paying $8, and then you start receiving phone calls and letters telling you "haha just kidding, it's actually $400". Their disorganization has regularly put me through phone tag hell and left me stranded without my medication. Departments do not communicate between each other adequately and they have failed to refill my prescription after prescription refill appointments not once but twice in the last two years, resulting in painful weeks waiting for my medication. I've currently been calling and leaving messages every day this week begging for the refill I paid to have done two months ago with no response from any practitioner. I will be seeking a new doctor to monitor my autoimmune disease and administer my refills.

Most of them have faded over the years, but two small ones remain, so we wanted to see if laser treatment would be an option. The doctor took the time to carefully examine her and gave us an honest recommendation. He explained that she's still too young for the procedure because she would likely need anesthesia for laser treatment. Instead of rushing into it, he advised us to wait until she's around 10 years old, when the birthmarks may become less noticeable on their own and laser treatment would be easier and safer. We truly appreciated his professionalism and honesty. It's refreshing to meet a doctor who puts the patient's best interests first instead of recommending an unnecessary procedure. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The staff was kind, friendly, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely return when the time is right. Thank you for taking such great care of our family!
