Preceding the surgery Dr. Barr spent significant time in his evaluation. He was honest and sincere with what I should expect from the procedure. I never felt pressured, quite the contrary. The staff was warm, kind and professional. In addition, they were extremely comforting during the entire procedure. The day after the procedure I returned for a follow-up. Again, the staff was so comforting, warm and kind. The final result is a natural look. I don't look overdone nor stretched. That was my biggest concern. I was back at work within a week. There was very little downtime. I highly recommend Dr. Barr!

For injectables, I was introduced to Bonnie, who touted that she had been an injector for over 20…read moreyears! She put filler in my cheeks and I didn't feel like it turned out well, and when I confronted her with it, she made every excuse she could to say that my skin just wasn't what would take too well to the minimal amount of filler that she put in, but yet she never disclosed this information to me before the Injections were done at which point I could have made an educated decision as to whether I wanted to move forward because I needed more product than less to make it look the way I wanted, and I don't understand why she didn't disclose this information to me until after the fact! They are one of the most expensive places to go for injectables but yet their injector sucks! She just wanted to treat me like I was a customer that she was selling a product to. She only patted herself on the back, but did not properly inform me about the product or how I would look after the fact where could potentially look once she was done if she would've educated me about this I would've had to make an educated decision as to whether I wanted to pay for more filler because my skin was not going to take to the minimal filler that she gave me if she knew this she should have disclosed it to me before and she didn't! I feel that a client should be educated before they have this type of procedure done. I went there for their expertise because 13 years ago. I had injectables done there and everything was fine, but Bonnie was not there at the time or did not take care of me atleast! She is a horrible injector who likes to house her information versus be kind enough to tell you exactly what you should know prior to having anything done! I will never go back! (I'm sure Dr Barr is great but he needs to see how Bonnie is treating her customers!) she doesn't like when you say you know what it doesn't look the way I thought it would, and then she comes up with every excuse in the book as to why it doesn't instead of saying well what can I do to make it better? She may say she's had more than 20 years experience, but she's a horrible injector!! Be honest! She is not!

Dr. Hunter gets 5 stars for her expertise, standard of care, and attention to detail...front office…read morestaff, not so much...I had what was close to an argument with a staff person who insisted that I owed a deductible...I contacted my secondary and it turns out I was correct...still waiting to see if I get an unwarranted bill that I have to correct...more important...my phone call from staff reporting biopsy reports did not advise me that my results were "in situ" squamous growths...without this critical information that the cancers were not invasive...I scheduled Mohs surgery sooner, which was very intrusive and inconvenient...another example of the tribulations of being a patient making decisions without being given all the relevant information...I'll continue to be a patient because of Dr. Hunter's expertise and "bedside manner," but I wish the practice in general would up their game.
