The first person I finally trusted to do my first Botox, (not this office) did great the first two times but something was off on the third. I'm a medical person. I understand stuff can happen, but that injector was acting strangely and aggressively rubbing my forehead after with a cream ... And I got the drop. Fortunately, it wasn't noticeable to others but was to me. After that, I pursued the best of the best which brought me to Dr. Steiger's office and Wendy Mendez. The results were phenomenal when it fully kicked in. I emailed to tell her I always want to look the way of the results she gave me! So smooth, so relaxed, yet natural. I actually find it therapeutic probably because I make a lot of facial expressions so it helps me even feel more relaxed because it reins me in ha ha . Wendy is so intelligent, extremely experienced & talented. I researched reviews of Dr. Steiger's office and I know that a highly rated plastic surgery office such as this would only have the best provider and I was correct! My back and shoulder were always in excruciating pain. I wasn't about to sit for more than an hr. without the pain nagging at me. She put filler in my cheeks and I didn't feel like it turned out well, and when I confronted her with it, she made every excuse she could to say that my skin just wasn't what would take too well to the minimal amount of filler that she put in, but yet she never disclosed this information to me before the Injections were done at which point I could have made an educated decision as to whether I wanted to move forward because I needed more product than less to make it look the way I wanted, and I don't understand why she didn't disclose this information to me until after the fact! They are one of the most expensive places to go for injectables but yet their injector sucks! She just wanted to treat me like I was a customer that she was selling a product to. She only patted herself on the back, but did not properly inform me about the product or how I would look after the fact where could potentially look once she was done if she would've educated me about this I would've had to make an educated decision as to whether I wanted to pay for more filler because my skin was not going to take to the minimal filler that she gave me if she knew this she should have disclosed it to me before and she didn't! I feel that a client should be educated before they have this type of procedure done. I went there for their expertise because 13 years ago. I had injectables done there and everything was fine, but Bonnie was not there at the time or did not take care of me atleast! She is a horrible injector who likes to house her information versus be kind enough to tell you exactly what you should know prior to having anything done! I will never go back! (I'm sure Dr Barr is great but he needs to see how Bonnie is treating her customers!) she doesn't like when you say you know what it doesn't look the way I thought it would, and then she comes up with every excuse in the book as to why it doesn't instead of saying well what can I do to make it better? She may say she's had more than 20 years experience, but she's a horrible injector!! Be honest! She is not!
