Why would you have me pay $150 up front, and then secretly bill me another $300???? Why would you let me leave, when I owed you $300? My account is under review with the financial team, but this is INSANITY. It's like going to Mcdonalds for a happy meal, paying $8, and then you start receiving phone calls and letters telling you "haha just kidding, it's actually $400". Debbie became irritated when she had to change my uncle's appointment twice and with sarcasm suggested that my aunt "needs to accompany my uncle next time!" My aunt is over 80 and uses a wheelchair. The rest of the office interaction has be extremely positive with front desk staff, Sandy, Christina, and Susan! If Debbie wants to make things right she needs to call and apologize to my aunt and I will remove the negative review!
