After the third cancellation, I requested a refund. I was told to speak with the finance department, but despite multiple calls, messages, and in-person visits, I did not receive a response. I eventually spoke directly with Dr. Monson, who agreed to issue the refund, but as of today, I still have not received it. I am also concerned that the business is now listed as permanently closed, which adds to the uncertainty regarding my refund.

We paid up front for the deductible (as expected) for everyone except apparently one child. So we received a bill a few months later for that child. I called and an employee said we had been overcharged so they gave us a discount. We received another bill for the original amount so I called again because we thought we had already paid, and an employee looked up our account and said we had a balance of 0 and there was nothing for us to pay. A few months later we receive a collections notice saying we owed the whole amount with an added $25 fee. I called Dr. Waterman's office again and was told it was out of their hands. They told me I had to contact the collection agency and pay the higher amount. After hours trying to sort this out and Dr. Waterman's staff without any explanation and not seeming to care, we won't be back again.

I've been through the VA system, I've also been to clinics and had multiple primary care doctors. I've never been treated so amazingly well. 90% of the doctors now days just put bandaids and shove pills down Your throat to "fix" the problems. DR. Morgan finds the root causes of the medical issues and finds alternative means to fix the problem. believe me I've been through the wringer with horrible medical professionals, and thank heavens I found DR.
