We contacted this company after our prior servicer left on a month long vacation. The first week…read morethey were gone there was a different person here to clean the pool. No one came by after that. Our pool started getting an alge build up so I contacted MAB. They came out on the day and time specified. They brushed the sides and did a "shock" treatment. I was told the would come back a week later and finish the job. I was informed that day that we needed the backwash/flush valve replaced and the filter cleaned (about $300) to which we agreed. The week passed and they didn't show. I called, sent an email and a text inquiring as to when I could expect them. I didn't get a response at all. When I finally heard back I was promised they would be here before the next Saturday. This never happened. I sent a text that Saturday evening informing them that their services were no longer required. I had paid them in advance for the months service ($130). I have asked them for a refund but have not received a response. I do not recommend this company.

Blaine has been easy to work with and even identified issues with my pool as it was new construction. When I had my new pool constructed he repeated the exact instructions the pool company did without knowing it. That is usually a really good sign because neither had conflicting requests. He was able to get our system up and running and working fantastic. We are trusting him with quite an intense pool with a baja shelf, flagstone, black pebble, and flagstone caps. I am sure it is probably one of the hardest pools to keep clear and maintained and its always crystal clear. He is always pretty responsive with my texts and phone calls and really nice to deal with.
