Cola originally, they gave us a price for the repair. When they called and I went in a few days later to pick up the repaired light I was told the price had been reduced to labor only. I was asked by Tony if we had this repaired recently as he realized his work. I advised yes about a year ago or so. Due to knowing, this may have been due to his own workmanship he did not charge for the parts but a minimal fee for labor. This place could have said it broke you have to pay for both parts and labor but by showing they were honest with their customer service A.D. Cola has kept a very happy customer. We will definitely purchase from them in the future.

And I expected better from Bethany and the team. The reason behind this one star is I am going to come out as a Karen. The people came over, delivered and put everything together. Literally the first night, one of the screws on the bedframe was bent. Now this makes me wonder the person who was installing this was thinking "eh, they wont see this." Guess what....we saw it. So we called them to ask can they either send us a replacement part so we can fix it? No of course not. They needed a technician to stop by. That took 9 days. By the time the technician came, he fixed it under 5 minutes. Wonderful! But again, you could have just mailed it to us. We even showed them photos of what it looked like. So ridiculous. With the amount of money we spent on this, these team should have had an urgent need to take care of this ASAP. Not wait 9 days. Bethany, I hope you are reading this because I will make sure I would never recommend this to anybody every again.

If Lisa could be half as wonderful as Chris, then she'd probably get better reviews. I bought a bunch of stuff from Lisa, like 2 pendant kitchen lights, an outdoor lamp post, 2 bathroom sconces, and 2 chairs. Lisa was consistent in her disposition from beginning to end: rude in the beginning and insufferably rude when problems arose with my order. Dealing with Lisa to fix the problem was an overall unpleasant experience, to the point that I regretted doing business with her. There are plenty of stores to buy lights from in the area. I was concerned that Patti Bros. wouldn't even be interested in such a modest job. Wrong I was! For the exact same price as the (unnamed) other nearby lamp repair shop that made the same repair four years ago (yes, that repair only lasted four years), Mike Patti replaced my broken socket and rethreaded the power cord through the arm, in less than a day. He was most pleasant, and even came to my car in the parking lot to pick up the lamp from me and to return it to me once repaired. I gave him a tip when I picked up the lamp and he asked if I was sure. Of course I was sure; he's a nice guy and did great, quick work on a job that wasn't really worth his time and effort, but they try to make every customer happy. Be nice to them and they'll be nice to you. Save yourselves the trouble and get it fixed right the first time. There should be hundreds of five star reviews on Yelp because Patti Bros. definitely is a five star business. I assume most people are too busy to write reviews.

The light was special ordered and arrived in a timely fashion. I got it home- unfortunately it sat in the box for the past 6 months while I got around to calling the electrician. When my electrician took it out of the box, the round lamp has a round baseplate. The baseplate is slightly larger than the lamp post so slightly overlaps and looks stupid. It's too late to return it. And too expensive to throw away. With all the other advice I received - I wish I would have been told that you can't put a round lamp on a square post. If I could give zero stars I would do so for both shoddy work and the horrible response when…read moreconfronted with the electrical issues created by this supposedly licensed electrician. E/R Electric (Eddie Rodgriguez) was the electrical subcontractor for my bathroom renovation project and installed a Panasonic Whisper-quiet exhaust fan with heater. He instructed my wife and I to "never run the heater and the exhaust fan simultaneously or you will burn up the motor". I should have questioned this at the time but was busy dealing with other major issues with the renovation. Well.. after the fan burned up for accidentally switching both on at the same time, I called a local electrician since we had other electrical work in the house to be done. The electrician who responded had to do a bit of research including discussing the issue on the phone with Panasonic customer support, and ultimately determined that the fan was wired incorrectly and installed with two hot wires connected (one for each the heater and exhaust) instead of a single hot wire to both as clearly spelled out in the wiring instructions for this fan. As this is a $400 fan, my new electrician suggested we reach out to E/R Electric, as he assumed it would save me money in parts and labor, fully expecting that Eddie Rodriguez would want to know he installed it incorrectly and fix the problem out of professional courtesy. Well this was the only thing my new electrician was wrong about, as Eddie reacted like a real jerk instead-- he refused to come and look at the issue, refused to speak to my new electrician, and basically just refused to be a decent person let alone a professional. So I paid nearly $2000 to have this repaired by the new electrician who was shocked at the response I received. He also found electrical code violations by E/R including multiple buried / hidden junction boxes and other technical shortfalls. Hopefully Eddie reads this and will learn to install these correctly, because now that the fan is wired correctly we CAN run the exhaust fan and heater simultaneously after all!! The entire situation and findings were so shocking that my new electrician has suggested I file a complaint with the state licensing board, which I am considering. Bottom line...DO NOT USE THIS ELECTRICIAN.
