They canceled that appointment so we made another which they also canceled with various excuses. When they didn't show up for our 3rd appointment, they stopped responding to calls and texts. We finally reached Eli Grillo and asked for a refund of the $195. He promised to drop off the money which he didn't do. We've now hired another company and I'm sure will never see our $195. We then had purchased trees/shrubbery (per his order) which sat in our yard UNPLANTED for 5 weeks for us to maintain and water. Ultimately we had someone else come to plant them. He then goes and purchases some more plants etc for us which we had requested and sends his crew to plant and do the landscaping... Looks great but sticks you with a bill that's through the roof!! Then he uses a third party to come in to fertilize and treat the lawn. It's gets treated but there's no follow up to see how it's coming along... Meanwhile there's a ton of crab grass, red thread (which btw he spreads from lawn to lawn with his mowing team) and weeds everywhere. Definitely wouldn't recommend him, he's a rip off. Sorry, no green thumb for you Keith White.
