To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This company is advertised as a company that provides leak detection and repair services. The…read moreperson that looked at the issue was only interested in quoting repair cost without performing any leak detection which was explained as unnecessary and based solely on "experience in this field". Another reputable company was able to locate the leak using proving technology and equipment withing 1 hour of being on site and was no even close to where near where the "experienced" technician stated the leak is located. I hasten to use the reference to technician as this person is a fully trained individual that uses state of the art technology and tools which the guy that came out for the estimate was not a qualified technician. Don't consider using this company to repair your pool leak unless you need to waste money and have many holes in your surrounding pool deck.
