He is so polite, very professional, communicative and take so much pride in his work. He was apprehensive at first to do an outdoor shower for liability purposes, but still came to spec the job, which I really appreciated. He ended up taking the job and was exciting about the challenge and the design and went as far as doing research on how he could make the water valves safe from freezing in the winter. He just went above and beyond every step of the way. I really appreciated the complementary home inspection of all the plumbing inside and outside the house PRIOR to starting any work. That was so smart and so nice and it actually turned out to be a life saver for me when he found a pin hole leak in a pipe underneath my house that had been leaking for weeks! I am not sure anyone else would have found that. Needless to say, he ended up fixing that, saving me a disaster down the road and getting the shower done in two visits. He worked non-stop all day, is very clean and neat and takes so much pride in his work. I highly recommend him! I am very happy :)

Follow-up and follow-through are not their strengths. Sloppy and unreliable are how I would describe them. There is nothing special they have to offer, and their products are easily available at big box hardware stores. Save yourself the frustration and inflated price, and look elsewhere for these services. Absolutely not recommended.

He was a big part in my decision making. Josh was my installer and I was extemely impressed with his work. He listened to my concerns and didn't hesitate to make some adjustments with the placement of my water softener. The installation was done to perfection, exactly where I wanted the unit installed. The work was neat and clean. I also want to add that I was lucky that Jorge was avaiable to ride a long with Josh and played a big part in installation of the RO system.
