Water was filled with hair, bugs and debris, and I was only the third person of the day in the wave pool. Toilets were nasty. Awfull.

When we arrived, the lady directing traffic was sweet and informed us that if we wanted free parking, we could simply park at the garage which is a simple 5 minute walk. I actually didn't mind it and it helped us save 25 dollars per day which was great! The check-in process was the first hiccup. Since we paid with apple pay, the credit card number didn't match the actual card that we used, but the staff quickly resolved the issue. Then we had a wonderful time settling down in the room and enjoying ourselves with everything they had at their facility. They are very meticulous which I guess is great from a business perspective but a bit restrictive from a customer's perspective; for instance, they calculate how many ounces of soda you get from the cup barcode, as well as calculate how many towels you take by scanning your wristband. Understandable but restrictive nonetheless. The second hiccup was when we tried to shower and the temperature of the water kept fluctuating. As a result, I ended up getting burned from the water, which I was glad it was me instead of my toddler or newborn. We noted this issue but the engineer didn't resolve it until the next day when the issue persisted, which took away in total about 4 hours of our time to get relocated during our second night. This resulted in my kids and wife being left cold and wet from the water park without being able to shower in our room until a new room was provided for us. Abraham took care of us in that regard and even went out of his way to help us move all our stuff to the new room, which was at the end of the hallway on a different floor. Asides from the long walk, the new room functioned perfectly unlike the previous one. We really appreciated all the staff who empathized with us and tried to help us have a better experience to make up for the hours we lost trying to resolve this issue. Overall, my wife and toddler had a wonderful time with all the fun activities provided at the lodge! Special thanks to Abraham and Chae for being so sweet and considerate; would definitely come back in the future with more of our friends and family! Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

Just set your expectations before you go. The check-in line was super long, and the room walls are super thin. Noise was a big issue way past quiet hours since you can hear everything and it sounded like kids were left unattended at all hours of the night. Fantastic kids destination, as far as activities, but don't go here and expect a restful night's sleep!

I am not sure why there are only 3 stars for this place! I love it here!…read moreThey have a ton of slides that are soo fun. There is a wave pool, a lazy river, and a kid zone for the younger ones. They have a few food spots, they even have one that has coffee, I was soo excited about that haha. There are easily accessible changing rooms and bathrooms. They allow you to re-enter the park with a stamped hand if you need to run to the car. They allow small coolers for a $5 fee. Parking is free and well directed. I recommend getting here at opening time, especially if you are going on a weekend because it gets BUSYY! The best time to go is right when they open, or a little bit before closing. The ticket pricing is decent , not much more or less than other water parks I have been to. They have nearby restaurants too if you want to go out to eat after. I definitely recommend water shoes because the ground and stairs get hot, especially when you are waiting in the lines. The lines can get long, but they go pretty fast. I come here every couple years and have so much fun everytime. Don't forget sunscreen!

It also took me about three hours to get there, so expectations were definitely higher going in. The first thing that stood out was how unorganized the entry process was. The line to get into the park was insanely long and honestly one of the most chaotic lines I've ever seen. That said, we still managed to get in at a reasonable time. Once inside, it was a mixed experience. The lazy river was extremely crowded, especially at the entrance, which made it hard to relax. On the plus side, the wave pool was actually really nice. The waves felt more realistic than most water parks, which I appreciated. Food prices were about what you'd expect, maybe a little on the higher side, but nothing outrageous for a water park. As for the slides, they felt a bit rough and slightly sketchy at times. I get that part of it is the thrill, but some rides, especially Devil's Peak, were pretty uncomfortable. I ended up with a few rub burns and scratches, which wasn't ideal. Overall, I did have fun because at the end of the day it is still a water park. But the park could really benefit from better organization and layout. It felt a bit all over the place, and with some improvements it could be a much better experience

A Wonderful Experience at Yawgoo!…read more We had such an amazing time at Yawgoo with our 4‑year‑old daughter's ski lessons. From the moment we arrived, every single staff member was beyond incredible--patient, cheerful, and so great with the kids. They made her feel comfortable, confident, and excited to learn, which is everything you could hope for as a parent. The lessons themselves were fantastic, and you could truly see how much the instructors cared about creating a positive experience. Our daughter left smiling from ear to ear and already asking when she can go back! After lessons, we headed over to The Max and had an absolute ball. The chicken tenders were delicious, and the Shirley Temples hit the spot--total treat for all of us. It was the perfect way to wrap up a fun winter day. We can't say enough good things about Yawgoo. Wonderful people, great atmosphere, and amazing memories for our family. We'll definitely be back!

We had already made the drive down to Exeter so we were committed at this point. For ski rentals and for 3 people to ski- it was nearly $500!!!! We definitely got our moneys worth tho. The food was not very good, and the skis were not great. For what we paid we could have spent the day on Killington mountain. However, I was glad that we went because my son did learn to ski here and he was a naturally good skier, so good he went down their black diamonds, I started skiing in my 20s and I also learned here however I'm still afraid to go down a black diamond, even a Yawgoo Valley black diamond!
