Mike and Eric are the real deals. They're HONEST, they know what they're doing and they show up when they say they will. I've used other plumbers, who wanted to charge me 1900.00 to fix something that Water Systems Plumbing charged me 450.00. See? Honest! Fair! Good guys!! Thank you!!! read more

Eric and Mike have literally done all our plumbing. Everything from galvanized repiping, kitchen and bathroom remodel, water softener, utility sink install...shall I go on. These guys are absolutely amazing. Communication always clear, very reasonable pricing, always on time, hardworking and reliable. Did I mention super friendly. These guys will always be our go to when something goes wrong with the plumbing. Which often happens with a house built in the 60's. Thanks again for all your hard work guys. Review is long overdue! I hired Water Systems Plumbing to install a gas water heater with an expansion tank and mixing valve. The installation itself was completed smoothly. However, during the visit I raised concerns about the exhaust venting, which had a visible crack and was shedding rust. Another plumber had previously suggested that rust debris may have contributed to failure of the prior unit. Despite this, my concerns were dismissed and I was told the venting was not an issue. The following day, while inspecting the vent, some rust debris became dislodged and fell into the flue. Shortly after, the water heater stopped working. When the team returned, I received conflicting explanations--initially that the debris should not have caused a failure, and later that it had "ruined" the unit. To their credit, they replaced the water heater under warranty. However, when I again requested replacement of the deteriorating vent pipe (the original concern), the response was defensive, and I was blamed for the failure. The interaction became unprofessional, and my concerns were not meaningfully addressed. Overall, while the installation was done competently, communication, troubleshooting, and customer service fell short. I would recommend that others clearly document concerns and confirm scope of work in writing before proceeding. read more

Best people ever! Helpful! Effective and efficient! They have done a super duper job with us on countless occasions! Epic! read more

This is the second time I have worked with Eric and John (father/son team). The first time when I had issues with the thermostat control in the shower. Eric went above and beyond to contact the manufacturer to ensure the correct non-standard parts were ordered. He did all the leg work for me! Contacted them again last week to install a recirculating pump on my water heater, and they responded immediately. Didn't charge for the quote visit, and got back to me promptly. Originally gave me a week lead time, but ended-up installing the pump sooner. Both Eric and John are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and respectful of my property. Highly recommend Water Systems Plumbing when in need of a plumber read more

Our 2nd floor toilet started leaking through the ceiling. Once the water damage company opened up the walls, Eric and Mike got right to work and fixed the toilet so the rest of the repairs could proceed. Thanks for moving quickly. read more

Great job on leaking shower. We had shower faucet leaking and would not stop. Mike came and right away noticed valve was done and handle was incorrect my kitchen folks had installed 5 years ago. Luckily he had the part and another handle in his truck! Woo hoo! All fixed and no issues. They had on their masks and did a great job. I highly recommend! read more

We desperately needed the toilet in our main bathroom to get looked at. After my husband tried several home remedies to fix it, I finally got over my fear of calling people on the phone and gave Eric Forney a ring (heard about him through nextdoor). Eric was very friendly and listened as I rambled on trying to explain our problem (so if you're like me and for some reason have a complex about calling strangers on the phone, you'll be ok!). He came I think just the next day, and my husband said he was very quickly able to assess our problem and give the needed remedy. All at an extremely reasonable price...I came home shocked and very happy to hear this. Add to that we had our toilet working good as new by the next day, and this was about a month ago. Thanks Eric Forney read more

Called on Fri. Talked to Eric, sent him a list of stuff. Asked if he could come Tues. He said they were pretty busy and he'd let me know. When I didn't hear from him on Tues. I texted him and asked if he could come on Fri. That was yesterday. No response. Very poor customer service. read more

We had a leak in our master bath toilet and were recommended to them by a friend. Eric, his dad, and son came out to our house and quickly identified and fixed the problem. We had a couple of other plumbing issues that we asked about and they were so knowledgeable and helpful with these as well. We will be using them from now on and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. Great generational family business, extremely pleasant to work with! read more

I need to say that I felt very grateful to get an appointment with this reputable and busy company! Eric and his son came out and replaced a defective RO system with one they normally install and recommend. They also did a small repair for our bathroom faucet which was leaking. They were efficient, friendly, and on-time. Yay! Clean water and we are no longer annoyed by water-wasting problems that they resolved so quickly. I don't know that they need more business, but they are total pros who will do the job right the first time. (I have had experience with plumbers who are not as able.). Thank you Eric and Michael! read more

I have to give a shout out to Mike and his team. We had a pipe leak water through our living room ceiling and wall and after having holes made to find and fix the leak (by a different company) we decided to go ahead and replace all the pipes. Mike and his team came in on Tuesday and around noon on Wednesday everything was done. He also has a guy come in and do the drywalling and texturing and it looks amazing. Everybody was very friendly and they made sure they cleaned up after themselves, I also felt very comfortable leaving them to their thing when I needed to run errands. If you need any type of plumbing done, give Mike a call 408-892-0964. read more

Mike and Eric are awesome. After having 2 separate plumbers come up to try to troubleshoot our hot water/tankless issues with our shower, they were able to inspect and uncover the issue which resolved our shower issue. They are very thorough, thoughtful, and care about customer service read more

Water Systems Plumbing - 1st review :) The good people on Nextdoor . Com recommended these guys for plumbing jobs and I needed to have a really old toilet in my guest room replaced so I gave them a call and left a message. Within a few hours Erik called me back and setup and appointment for the next day and gave me a rough quote for the job. Fast forward erik called and said one of his jobs got canceled and asked if it was OK for them to come by now, I said Sure since they were just a few blocks away. Mike and Erik and one other guy came by since they were on there way to a bigger job after mine so I got 3 for the price of 1 ;) They went right to work and took out the old toilet and cleaned up the area as best as they could and showed me what would need to be done later with the hardwood floors and some touch up paint for areas now showing behind the new toilet. Meantime one of his coworkers broke down the new toilet box and clean up all the trash that came with it and the old toilet. They did a great job, thanks so much :) read more

We have been using Mike and Eric Forney for a number of years. They are extremely professional and competent. They have worked on most of the plumbing throughout our home (bathrooms and kitchen). They arrive on time as promised and efficiently assess the problem (we have tap and reverse osmosis water system). If they don't have the faucets on hand, they quickly order them. We highly recommend Water Systems Plumbing! read more

We had Water Systems replace our old pipes in our 70's home with copper. They did an excellent job, pipes were tightly secured, and work was completed on time. They are super nice guys and the definition of good old fashioned values and work ethic. I would refer them to anyone looking to get pipes replaced at a good price. The drywall/texture person they used was also fantastic. Overall we couldn't be more pleased. read more

We had a leak from an upstairs toilet down through the ceiling in the laundry room below. Folks on Nextdoor recommended Mike and his family and we are glad we followed their advice. The job was more than it appeared at first but they stuck with it and didn't stop until the leak was completely repaired. Mike also repaired a second toilet as well. Plus, they are or were all baseball players/coaches and it doesn't get any better than that! Very friendly, very expert, very fair, and extremely conscientious. They are also very fastidious in their work. They left the laundry room and bathrooms cleaner than they found them. We couldn't be happier! read more

Eric and Team did an excellent job on a water heater change out. Very detailed and professional. Great communication, on-time and reasonable prices - very difficult to find these days. He knows his craft. Highly recommend their services. read more

I have been using Mike and Eric Forney from Water System Plumbing for a number of years. An AO Smith water heater installed by Efficient Water Heaters started leaking. The owner of Efficient Water Heaters refused to come and diagnose the issue, saying that the water heater is out of labor warranty and I would have to contact the manufacturer . I called Mike from Water Systems Plumbing, who came within 10 minutes. He diagnosed the problem immediately to be a leaking hot water low-quality flex line that was installed with the water heater. He replaced it and the cold water flex line and problem has been solved. Highly recommend this company ! read more
