I immediately changed the old filter, but the system was still not working well and the whole setup was just on its last legs. Richard and Greg came out and immediately offered to swap the tank just to see if it would salvage the old unit. When we realized the GE system wasn't worth sinking money into, we decided to upgrade and had Richard install one of his own systems. The installation was unbelievably fast, clean, and seamless. Beyond the quick service, not only are Richard and Greg incredibly knowledgeable, but they are also super nice and funny. We had a lot of laughs while learning more about drinking water and getting thoroughly educated on the new unit. We even opted to add an alkaline filter, and the difference is night and day. Now we have incredible, crisp-tasting water running straight to both our sink and our fridge, and we love it. Their pricing was exceptionally fair. I honestly expected the whole ordeal to cost a fortune, but it was completely reasonable. We put in the order with Brad, scheduled an appointment for installation and our installer was Maurice. These guys know what they are doing and they made it very easy for us. The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. It's the third day now and everything is working great. WHY WE CHANGED: Just got tired of increasing monthly rates and having to open the garage for the techs to switch out the tanks.
