I had some understanding of the situation and I know NOTHING about plumbing. He didn't try to add on extra services or un-necessary repairs. He was on time, very polite and solved our problems. It's obvious how knowledgeable and experienced he is. We thought this malfunction involving the septic system and our bathrooms was going to become a very expensive monster. This plumber has my family's highest recommendation. If you need plumbing help do not hesitate to contact him.
