We would not have been able to complete that project without the efforts of All Pro Heating and Cooling. It is not enough to say just that, however. An understanding of the situation we were in when we contracted with All Pro is needed. We had originally contracted with for the entirety of the project went out of business shortly after completing the rough sheet metal work, they had wired in the variable dampers and pulled the line sets. Most of that work was done well, with some minor issues related to the line sets. The remaining hardware: furnaces, condensers, split units, and control system we on order to now out of business HVAC contractor. Some of the materials ordered had been delivered, some had not. Most components had been ordered some had not. The control wiring was not labeled and some of the control wiring was wired incorrectly. So as you can see my project was in a bad state, making matters worse there was no one at the original company to speak with about any of this. All Pro Heating and Cool stepped in a took over the project successfully identifying the shortcomings, either re-ordering or working through the various supply houses to find and complete the materials list and testing all aspects of the work performed by the previous subcontractor. This was no small feat and would have been expected of any replacement contractor. However, Dave and his team did this well and communicated with us regarding schedule, material tracking and performed all inspections as needed without complaint or extra charges, blamed on not understanding the scope of work. Should I ever need HVAC or plumbing subcontractors in the Indianapolis area again the first company I will be calling is All Pro Heating and Cooling. They can and will meet or exceed your expectations as they did mine. Thank you Dave see you on the next one.

Jonathon came out the same day, fixed the leak, cleared my slow moving drain and was in and out in less than an hour! He was also professional, polite and 100% cleaned up the work area. Don't even bother with these idiots. Seriously…read more We had to replace our AC/Heating unit over the summer. The guy said it would take only one day to install (great, because it was stupidly hot and humid), but it ended up taking two days. Understandable, the original unit had been installed by someone who didn't know what they were doing, evidently. So they came back the next day and finished it. Then they came back the next day and got the old unit off our driveway where they'd forgotten it. Then, when winter hit, we realized the humidifier wasn't working, so we called and they gave us a 2 hour range where someone would come out. 45 minutes AFTER the range passed, the guy showed up. Turns out when STOOGE #1 installed the unit, he only installed it half way- he never connected the humidifier or a few other parts to the circuit board. Oh, and because he didn't finish installing the humidifier, water had been dripping onto the unit. Luckily it hadn't damaged it, yet. So then THAT guy says he's going to grab some parts really quick, he'll be back in an hour. THREE HOURS LATER, he comes back and says he'll just order the part, sticks a tube on the drip so it won't hit the unit, and leaves. We made an appointment for STOOGE #2 to return. Again, we got a 2 hour window, and again, I took the day off to wait. STOOGE #2 calls and says the part isn't in, so we'll need to reschedule again. So we re-schedule AGAIN. STOOGE #2 calls, 15 minutes after the 2 hour window ended, saying he took a Last-minute job installing a furnace, so he wouldn't make it out. So we had to re-schedule, AGAIN. Finally, weeks later, STOOGE #2 makes it out to finish the #$%@#$ repair. We have humidity. I go back down to check it a month later, to turn up the humidity, and there is water all around the unit. Because STOOGE #2 screwed up connecting the drain for the humidity. So once again, someone had to come out to fix that. And now, maybe 2 weeks after that, we have NO humidity AGAIN and we have to deal with this PATHETIC excuse of a heating and cooling company because we got stuck with THEIR warranty. Though, in terms of work missed because of these jerks, it might have been cheaper to just get a REAL company to do the work. This company is so bad, and the problems with them never end. I created this account just to make sure no one else is saddled with these "professionals".

He told me he can have someone out the same day (afternoon). I received a text that Mark was on his way and he showed up as scheduled and advised. I explained the problem and he started working on the outdoor unit. He never went to the basement where my Unit is located, only outside. I asked him if he would advise the cost of the repair before doing the work and he said yes and reminded me of the $85 Diagnostics Visit and I said ok. 15-20 Minutes later Mark said he replaced the Capacitor and the total was $300. The AC was working and I was satisfied, but a little disappointed he did not advise the cost before repairing. But the $300 to me was very fair and I was still happy it was repaired. Three days later my AC was not working again so I called and spoke to Mark. He seemed busy and uninterested in my issue (but that may be my misunderstanding his tone). He told me he could not come that day, but possibly the next morning but more than likely the afternoon. He said he would contact me in the next few hours to let me know what time he could have someone to me the next day. Over four hours later I had to reach out to him to find out when he would be there the next day, but he said it would be tomorrow afternoon (I needed morning). So I said disregard, I will find another company. I purchased a whole new Furnace and AC System from another company. I would have used Vital Heating & Air for the replacement if Matt would have contacted me like he said he would. And, I found out that Mark installed the capacitor without tightening it correctly and it fell inside the unit and burnt the electrical and kicked the breaker, which caused the unit to stop working.

Since then, we have run into issue after issue, all due to mistakes that were made during the original install. Each time we have reached out to Justin for help, but he continuously ghosts us and will not show up to make things right. Beware - he will only honor the 1 year labor warranty if you are willing to wait weeks before you can finally get him onsite. We have a 7mo baby and her bedroom was up to 84 degrees last night. Still waiting on a response from Justin although it's almost been a week with constant outreach from us! I've never experience such poor communication from a business owner - it's absurd. Unfortunately, this will be the third time that we're having to pay an outside company to fix our brand new AC unit. EXTREMELY disappointed and hope others don't make the same mistake as we did!
