Just couldn't get food to drain like it used to. It was so slow. It just seemed like it wasn't working at all anymore. Dave was awesome and made everything easy for me. All I had to do was agree to the price and pay over the phone. Super simple. Dave repaired my garbage disposal and checked on some other plumbing around my place too. I could tell he knew his stuff. Glad to have my garbage disposal working now! I almost forgot what it's like to have a clean sink. I would use York Plumbing or Dave again for sure.

The first visit was about 18 months ago - Clint actually diagnosed our issue when I described the strange noise over the phone. He made a house call, and was able to confirm the issue as something that the Water Bureau could (and did) fix. He recently returned to take care of a trio of fairly standard drain and water pressure issues, showing up on short notice even though there wasn't an emergency, and getting everything in tip top shape before house guests arrived. Pricing was very reasonable, and the peace of mind from having a professional deal with our issues is priceless.

I was informed of the exact amount I would pay, how long it would take, and then given a referral for some drywall repair. Dante was pleasant, efficient, and very businesslike. We have a hole in our wall because of the pipe that was affected by water damage, but it would have been a lot worse if CCP hadn't come when they did. I would highly recommend them! Also- I called another plumbing company that had done work for us before I called CCP, and they did not return my call. I now have "a friend in the plumbing business" whom I can count on! Thank you!

TLDR: Mike made a mistake that cost us an additional $1,400 and refused to take any accountability,…read morenor was he willing to even discuss a mutually favorable compromise. To be fair, the situation Mike was put in was a difficult one, which he should have ultimately walked away from. That would have been way more reasonable than what he did. There was a conflict in scheduling (Not Mike's fault) that had concrete pourers onsite before Mike arrived, and the spot he was supposed to place plumbing was already covered with concrete. When Mike discovered this, he simply had the concrete crew form out an opening for his plumbing work, but in the wrong spot altogether. While our directions for the plumbing were not exact, down to the inch, he instructed the concrete crew to put it on the opposite end of the pole barn. He did this without confirming with me. To cover the errant hole will cost $1,400. I originally offered to cover that cost if Mike would simply cover labor to cut out the concrete to lay the pipe. He declined that and ultimately said he refused to work on the project any further and would not take any accountability or work at all on a resolution. Terribly unprofessional and just gross. Stay away.

After waiting nearly two months, and trying every possible home-remedy on the internet, I gave in and decided we needed to call a plumber to fix the clog in our guest bathroom toilet. As a first time homeowner I always seem to assume that calling anyone, to fix anything, is going to cost me a fortune. I was silly to wait to so long in retrospect because after I called Grumpy's they were there two days later (a little ahead of the scheduled time) and had my toilet fixed up and ready to go all for a very cheap price (as quoted over the phone). I was warned there could be an additional charge, but apparently my toilet didn't need more than expected. What brought the quality of service over-the-top was that the man who fixed my clog also told me what caused the clog and how to avoid it in the future - which was so appreciated! Apparently my expensive toilet paper is to "fancy" for my cheap toilet and old pipes so he recommended I either (1) buy a new toilet or (2) use cheap toilet paper. So far I haven't done either, but if my toilet clogs again at least I'll know why....
