We scheduled an appointment for the next day and immediately started receiving notifications from their computer system. Two of their staff showed up as scheduled and were able to provide an immediate estimate, and then were able to start work right away. They fixed two major issues - an outdoor leaking faucet (in winter when it was cold), and an indoor shutoff valve. Their team replaced our 30 year old hand-crank shutoff valve with an amazing, easy-to-use modern system (see photo attached to this review). What is hard to convey is their level of professionalism. We had Mike come in to address plumbing issues with a bathroom remodel. We didn't know him; he was…read moresomeone our contractor worked with, but after meeting him, and seeing Mike's work, we won't need another plumber again, ever, Just Mike from now on! Our basement bathroom had been DIY'd (badly) by the prior owner. We found black mold under the sink, and that was just the beginning. Mike's assessment found that they had nailed through the main water pipe when they installed the prior vanity. That was the slow leak that caused all the mold They had also used an improper (non-plumbing) fitting to connect the outflow pipe. Need I go on. These were the major issues. Oh, and the pipe had been installed in the wrong location in the slab, making it necessary for the prior people to cut a giant hole in the bottom of the cabinet to accommodate it! It was your basic DIY Disaster. Enter Mike. He was able to see what was needed, and even had an idea to save the pipe location by reorienting it, so we didn't need to pay to have the slab jackhammered, and pipe relocated. He saved us a bunch of money by figuring out a unique way to keep it there, and also make it low enough to be under the vanity. His bid came in to the penny. Not one dime extra, and saved us a bunch of money too! He's a great guy, very personable, professional, and on time, every time. He and Kevin were a pleasure to work with, and I can absolutely highly recommend Water Cents Plumbing. He's incredibly knowledgeable, and gives you options depending on your budget.

Summit was hired again to install the new shower plumbing, sink plumbinng and toilet flange--which is when we found or corrigated steel was 1/2 filled with gunk that was solid--Vancouver water and 50 year old steel pipes. So the house house was repiped with a new water heater. Total cost $13K In the end, yes everything was reasonably priced. given work that had to be done. Very high quality work, cheerful people, and to see the boss in the thick if a job ; that tells me the quality of the people.
