We had a flood of pretty gross water coming through the floor and bathroom. We had the pleasure of working with Luther and John from Best Price Plumbing & Drain today. When I…read moreturned on the water to wash dishes last night, it was only lukewarm. Not a good sign. This morning my husband called and spoke with Luther to ask for help. This is the second time now that they have come to our rescue. They showed up within two hours of his call -- fast, professional, and efficient. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, we needed to have a new hot water heater, as ours was over 12 years old and would cost more to repair than having a new one installed. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

I was informed of the exact amount I would pay, how long it would take, and then given a referral for some drywall repair. Dante was pleasant, efficient, and very businesslike. We have a hole in our wall because of the pipe that was affected by water damage, but it would have been a lot worse if CCP hadn't come when they did. I would highly recommend them! Also- I called another plumbing company that had done work for us before I called CCP, and they did not return my call. I now have "a friend in the plumbing business" whom I can count on! Thank you!

TLDR: Mike made a mistake that cost us an additional $1,400 and refused to take any accountability,…read morenor was he willing to even discuss a mutually favorable compromise. To be fair, the situation Mike was put in was a difficult one, which he should have ultimately walked away from. That would have been way more reasonable than what he did. There was a conflict in scheduling (Not Mike's fault) that had concrete pourers onsite before Mike arrived, and the spot he was supposed to place plumbing was already covered with concrete. When Mike discovered this, he simply had the concrete crew form out an opening for his plumbing work, but in the wrong spot altogether. While our directions for the plumbing were not exact, down to the inch, he instructed the concrete crew to put it on the opposite end of the pole barn. He did this without confirming with me. To cover the errant hole will cost $1,400. I originally offered to cover that cost if Mike would simply cover labor to cut out the concrete to lay the pipe. He declined that and ultimately said he refused to work on the project any further and would not take any accountability or work at all on a resolution. Terribly unprofessional and just gross. Stay away.

Yes, they are licensed and bonded. I think these people are a rip off. The woman just hung up on me when I, called back, & asked why their service was so expensive. Beware of this place. I received a phone call this morning from Brad the owner of this business. He apologized to me for the phone call, and explained that I was giving the wrong information. He said the price for a residential home was more like $45-$75. Much more reasonable. He mentioned that he was going to have a discussion with his employees and train them to better answer questions, to customers who call.. He also told me that the person on the phone did not actually hang up on me. We were disconnected. He said he strives for better customer service and quality work. I appreciate his phone call and the conversation to help me understand . I feel this was above and beyond, and I wish him and his company Success.

I had a main water line break recently, and a friend recommended Perfect Service Plumbing. I…read morecalled them late that day and was surprised to get a response after 5pm. Their technician Mike came out within 30 minutes to check the problem out. He shut the water off for me, and also checked the back flow meter. Unfortunately, it was indeed the main water pipe that was leaking. Mike was very professional and courteous. He explained to me the type of pipe that would be used for the repair; and gave me a very reasonable quote that included a discount. The next morning two service men came out; one dug out the area that was leaking, and the other person installed the new pipe. They made sure the garden area was tidied up, and they swept the walkway before leaving. I was very impressed with the service, and would highly recommend them!

I then cleaned the drain several times with various cleaning products, which would kill the odor temporarily; then a few days later the smell would return. We talked to a knowledgeable realtor who said the traps need to be cleaned by a plumber. After I was in traffic behind a Perfect Service van, I messaged them and made an appointment for a few days later. When Joey the plumber arrived, he evaluated the situation and suggested a powerful drain cleaner called Clobber instead of doing the work to clear the traps and charging us accordingly. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. We gladly paid him and will try his recommendation soon. Highly recommend! Thanks Joey!

I hired Clog Pro to connect my house to city sewer. My home in Vancouver was built in the 1950s…read moreand had a septic system rather than being hooked up to the sewer. My understanding is that if the septic tank or drainfield ever needed replacement, the city would require I hook up to the city sewer. I decided to have that done now rather than having to do it in an emergency in the future, or having a future owner of the house deal with it when they wouldn't know what obstacles there are in the ground to have to work around than I do. I used Yelp reviews to pick two contractors to get cost estimates from. One was located in the Portland suburbs and one in Clark County. The cost was expensive but I expected that because the hookup needed to be a pumped system that goes around the yard and up the driveway, not a simple gravity connect from house to street. One contractor indicated I should initiate a hook up permit to the city so I went there. One of the tasks of the job was right-of-way work in the street to hookup to the sewer that runs along the middle of the street. The city gave me a list of contractors who are on their approved list who have done that work with the city before. I looked through the list and didn't find either of the contractors that I had picked so far, but found one that looked like a possible third option- Clog Pro. I didn't look into Clog Pro prior to that because I figured from their name that they specialize in unclogging drains and pipes rather than other plumbing work. But their web site listed sewer connections as one of the things they do. So they came and looked over the project and gave an estimate. Discussing the job with the Clog Pro supervisor (Jesse), his understanding of the job impressed me the most, although the other two companies probably would have done a good job also. Also, Clog Pro's price was lower than the other two. I hired Clog Pro. I had always dreaded going ahead with this project because of the things that could go wrong. For example, the sewer pipe had to go close to some wires in the ground that control valves for my irrigation system, and I was worried they might be damaged. But the project went incredibly smoothly, no problems. From when I first got the estimate it was only about two weeks until the job was completed. I would never have thought that this job would go so smoothly. I am extremely impressed with the job they did, as well as how reasonable their charges were.
