Cameron with perfect flush arrived on time at the beginning of the appointment window. He wore booties without being asked and fixed our issue within 30 minutes. He then cleaned up the area after himself and was on his way. Very efficient, courteous and cleanly. read more

Perfect flush rescued us a few times until I did a full re-pipe. They showed up on time, were kind, did great work with minimal cuts to my kitchen cabinets/walls and Ben even made sure I made my morning coffee before turning off my water for the day. Steven even helped me pick out an affordable water heater and get it here asap which wasn't part of my original project. read more

We very very pleased with Eddy who went above and beyond to make the job as convenient and comfortable for two older ladies. Professionally, he did a beautiful job, but his thoughtfulness was equally appreciated. I should also mention that Perfect Flush came highly reccomended & the price was very fair. read more

The guy that came out to unclog our toilet could not do it himself he had to go get his partner who just sitting outside in their van just waiting. They charged a $75.00 dispatch fee just for being sent out. I don't know about any of you but I sure in the heck would love to get paid just for getting called in. I truly do not understand how businesses like stay in business treating customers this way but i guess it goes to show that customer service and really caring about people have gone to the way side. read more

April 30th 2024 - Had a pin hole spraying slightly in a pipe in the laundry room. Had a PVC and a flex pipe replaced. We didn't get the name of the guy who worked on it, He told my husband it was probably due to the age of the pipe , and that they don't use anymore. Was told approx time to arrive between 11:00 - 1:00, arrived to the T at 11:00. Day before husband was told approx cost of how much it could cost $240. And came to $310. Just glad this taken care of. Pleasant and on time... read more

Made an appointment for them to come out between 10am~2pm. He was there at 10am! Took his boots off Every time he entered my place. Was very knowledgeable & professional - did not try to sell me something I didn't need & gave me a detailed description of the problem. Cleaned up the after-mess when finished! The Irishman/American was one super cool dude!! read more

This was our third visit from Perfect Flush. The tech arrived within 2 minutes of the stated arrival time. He was friendly, professional and informative. He kept me informed of what he was looking for, what he had found and how he was going to fix it. He installed a new section of copper pipe and the repair was complete in a little over an hour. Perfect Flush will be the only company I call for plumbing repairs. read more

Perfect flush has provided me with a quick service many times and each time the work was done professionally and correctly.

Best plumbing company out there. Awesome workers and owner. Quick to respond and their work gets an A+

They came to reinstall a claw foot tub, toilet, and pedestal sink after my flooring was redone. There were no plumbing issues prior to their work. This was an easy reinstall job. They placed the tub at an abrupt 1/2 inch off-set angle from the wall so pipes were obviously not fully aligned, the overflow drain was misaligned from the tub drain hole (clear sign of issues), the hand shower was left completely loose and leaking, causing a lime stain to build up over a week on a beautifully finished tub, the drain plug hook was broken clean off, and I could shake and rattle all the tub & pipes easily with one hand (also a clear indication of safety issues). I can't fathom how they thought this was complete or satisfactory. The toilet was also set at an angle, so the lid didn't sit on the tank. The sink was installed w/out caulk to secure the basin to the pedestal nor the pedestal to floor. The caulk around the sink to secure the basin to the wall was done haphazardly. Nothing was said after the work, I simply discovered it while cleaning the excessive debris & adhesive mess they left behind on all the porcelain. All-in-all an incredibly lazy and unprofessional hack-job all around with no apologies given even upon coming to fix the issues - which I'm still discovering are faulty. How is this Co in business?!! I'll now need a new plumber to check the work. read more

Arrived early, found issue immediately, quick fix. This was their second visit for us on a different issue. Will call again.

Perfect Plumbers! Needed to have an old leaking garbage disposal replaced. Tech arrived with apologies for arriving earlier than scheduled. Glad to have them arrive and get started. Quick and efficient work. No mess left behind and no leaks. Very happy with Perfect Flush and will keep their name handy for next time we need any plumbing repair. read more

5 Stars are not enough for Perfect Flush! I called them after Home Depot cancelled at the last minute. We had a million things going on and needed the water heater replaced as it had failed and we had no hot water. Steve and Nick were out within a few hours and had the new water heater installed quickly. They cleaned their work area, were courteous and professional area and the work was stellar. I noticed that the relief valve had gone off and figured it was a fluke and contacted them shortly after they left. Today Steve came and installed an expansion tank and he did not charge me anything and said I had already paid them for the job and it was not working as it should, that was on him. I worked in the field (Electrical) for a long time and was always customer service focused, as Steve is! If you're looking for quality and professional work, your search is over, call this place!! I will definitely use this company again and again! read more

I called and spoke with them on July 8(ish) about installing a couple of toilets. They gave me a reasonable price so I purchased two toilets and reached back out to them over the weekend (July 17 or 18) via their website. No response by midday Monday (July 19) so I called only to discover that they are no longer accepting residential client work because they are down a couple of technicians and need to focus on their commercial clients. Their website does not reflect this change and they didn't bother to call me back to let me know. When I asked for any recommendations, she just said "Guess you'll have to use Google for that." She was brusque and unfriendly and not particularly professional. So my rating isn't about their ability as plumbers, but their lack of communication regarding not taking new residential clients. read more

Thank you perfect flush for doing an amazing job and taking care of my family. It was late Friday afternoon when we noticed toilet water coming into my bath tub. We googled what to do and came across your business. You came out immediately, charged us what I thought was a fair price and got us back up and running before the weekend. I appreciate all that you do and will definitely use you again. Thank you, Satisfied customer read more

Found these plumbers thru Yelp after looking at reviews. I had a broken pipe under house and a slow bathtub drain. I called set up an appointment for that day,John was here right on time .John went under the house to do an inspection ,told me what pipe was broke, and the best way to fix it.I went ahead and had him fix it,after that he took a look at my tub with the slow drain, and gave me a recommendation for that.I went ahead and set up another appointment for Thursday,he was very nice and informative,Thursday came and just like before he was here with his partner Steve on time. They replaced a pipe the full length of the house, and new pipes under the tub. They did a great job would call them again if I need any plumbing fixed.I think they are more reasonable then a lot of plumbers, just because of the small staff read more

I've used these guys twice for small bathroom repairs. They are responsive and friendly, and were easy to schedule. They are a small operation, but they seem to use technology pretty well, which I appreciate. This most recent problem I had was with my toilet; They were able to get me an appointment 1 day out, and fixed the problem with a replaced part for $150 (including labor & part), which seemed like a market rate to me. read more

Brenton showed up at my house right on time, wore a mask, and gloved his shoes so he wouldn't track mud into the house. He was polite, and respected my house while I was working in the other room taking calls. He quickly determined the problem, and then cleaned up the mess after tearing out some of the shower wall. Very happy with the service! read more

My double sink with garbage disposal was draining very slow and I couldn't get it working. I disassembled the pipes and cleaned it all out and still no lick, the issue was beyond the wall. I looked these guys up and chose them because of the good reviews and i has a great experience. They arrived a little early and were very efficient and polite. They did a great job communicating the issue and charged a fair price. I'll be calling on them again if I have a plumbing need in the future. Two thumbs up! read more

Really great customer service! I chatted with them on Yelp messenger because I was busy at work and Heather D. was so helpful. She got me scheduled quickly and they fixed all the many plumbing issues I had in my house. They were a pleasure to work with and I will use them again when I need any plumbing work done! read more

These guys showed up and helped really fast with my leaky toilet emergency. They were swift and efficient including needing to run and get a part! My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is bc I wish they would have cleaned up better after themselves. But I know that they squeezed me in their very tight schedule. So I am thankful! read more

My mother's plumbing connection from her trailer to the main was a flexible pipe instead of a rigid one. When they came to look at it, they said that it would cost $145 for the temporary fix until they came back, and then it would be $300 for the permanent fix. The truth is that they tried to charge my 97 year old mother $220 for the band-aid and $700 for the permanent fix because they "found things"! I had them put the temp fix back and sent them on their way, because trying to scam a 97 year old woman like that made me sick! Don't trust them because they will just try to scam you too! read more

I found a honest plumber! Came on time. Very reasonable prices and quality work. I am a retired builder and know a quality business when I see one. Highest recommendation. read more

I've used 'Perfect Flush' twice, and I'll continue to use them for my plumbing needs. Both instances where I called them, they have had to go into very tight, hard to reach places. One of which was an emergency wherein my family had no water due to a serious leak. He made sure to squeeze us into his busy schedule. They're prompt, professional, and you won't break the bank. Easiest 5 stars yet. read more

Fast, can't believe how quickly they arrived at my hone and then took care of the issue within an hour. More than fair pricing. This will be my go to plumber and I will recommend to all my friends and acquaintances! read more

I found Perfect Flush through Yelp, and because of the great reviews decided to give then a try for a messy clogged drain that gave us fits all through the Thanksgiving weekend. I emailed them on Sunday night with an idea of what was wrong, and by Monday AM they got back to me with a quote. When the work was finished, the final bill was $40 less than they quoted (always a pleasant surprise). They were fast, friendly and efficient and made sure that my problem was solved to my complete satisfaction. Well done Perfect Flush! read more

Super friendly service! And Fast! They made dealing with this "crappy" situation easy!

Be very careful of Perfect Flush. They say one thing and tell you another thing. They Pressure you into their service and give false information. We had them come look at our Septic System. We were told it was failing and need a total replacement. We got 2 more second opinions. Both came back saying there was no Issues at all with our system. They tried to scam us out of $22,000 read more

Perfect Flush has saved me from a plumbing meltdown twice now. The last time, Steven came out with only one day's notice to look at a malfunctioning bathtub faucet handle. It turned out the malfunction was due to a previous plumber's error, and Steven took care of the issue for a good price. The two of them are friendly and capable guys - a pleasure to have them take care of business! read more

Had an emergency plumbing issue at my store on a Holiday weekend. I called 10+ plumbers and PF was the first and ONLY to call back. Steven & his worker got in ASAP and fixed our clogged pipes. It's truly refreshing in this day and age characterized by poor service and shady business practices to work with a company like Perfect Flush. They truly excel when it comes to customer service and make you feel valued and appreciated at every point of contact. I have had these guys out to my home about six times for various repairs and have been thoroughly satisfied every time. They always get me on the schedule right away. They are always on time, friendly, professional, and fair in their pricing. They have always fixed the issue no matter how small. They always explain everything in detail and take the time to answer all my questions. They have also gone above and beyond the call of duty by doing more than expected and even doing some things at no charge! They have my business for life! I will also recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks Perfect Flush! You guys are awesome. read more

These wonderful people absolutely rescued me! We had an outdoor pipe burst a leak. I called several plumbers, these were the only people who actually answered the phone. The others all called me back and said they were too busy to come out. Perfect Flush sent Stephen out the same day I called and he was able to find a hidden shutoff so we could have water running to the house. I was so impressed with Stephen that I went ahead and scheduled these people to do the pipe replacement work. I was so pleased with my whole experience with Perfect Flush! They're all polite, professional, and nice! They are now going to be my go-to people for all our plumbing needs! read more

Jim was very helpful. He showed up about a half an hour early and got right to work on my leaky toilet. My one complaint is that they cancelled my originally scheduled appointment almost an hour into my 2 hour appointment window. But other than that, great service. read more

We had a backup up drain that was flooding both of our tubs. We called around the Portland metro area and Perfect Flush had the best prices and they could come out the next day. The guys were great with my wife, baby, and dog and they got straight to work. Worked for two and a half hours trying to get the clog and they finally got it! They even took a little bit of the price off the top for getting some dirt on the shower curtain. Great guys and a great company. They will be our plumbers going forward!! read more
