Came here and bought a bottle of vodka and it was the smoothest vodka we have ever tried, and mind you we sampled it warm. We immediately came right back and sampled their other spirits. Rachel was so kind and helpful, great bartender. My friends ended up buying 4-5 bottles for themselves and I myself bought 6 in total for the same reason. Perfect gift and perfect for consumption. My favorites were the vodka and bourbon. My friends loved the vodka, aged rum, and whiskey. The gin I got I know my sister would adore.

From the words of the song by the great Graham Nash, "Oh Camille, tell my why are you in this place?" Camille gave me a stink face as soon as I walked in and I was the only customer. I should've left then but the lady at the brewery really sold me on the cocktails so I decided to go against my instincts. It was muddy outside and I had been hiking, so I looked a little bit casual and like someone who had been hiking in muck boots. Did she offer me a menu? No. Did she ask me how I was doing? No. I had to ask her... How does it work here? Do you have a menu? I got a cocktail flight which she brought to my table. After that, she didn't check up on me once. As soon as I got up to go to the bathroom, though she did try to clear my drinks immediately and was watching me like a hawk as if I were some sort of leper. It was interesting to see her entire personality change when a group of four retirees dressed differently driving in Lexus's rolled up. They were given a story of the history of the distillery of all the different spirits that they sold. They were offered taste of the rum and descriptions of the cocktails. I am not sure if it was because she thought they had more money than me or because the two owners happen to be in the establishment. I'm pretty sure it was the former and not the latter. She lost out on a big sale because they have incredible gin and vodka. I would've bought two bottles of each. However, I simply sat in silence, drank my cocktail flight, and then paid in cash, left her no tip and walked out the door. It's an incredible place, but unfortunately, a really terrible bartender can ruin it all by the way that she treats patrons, even if she makes a good cocktail. Sidenote- The girl at the brewery got a 40% tip. Camille do your job and be a better person. Stop judging people by how they look. My advice is if you want to be treated well here make sure you look like you have money or else you'll be kicked to the curb and treated like garbage. This is situated in a very outdoorsy area where people go to do outdoorsy things. I didn't know we were in Scottsdale, Arizona. The funny part is no one can dispute this because both owners were literally in there, and she never talked to me once. She has no defense and they should really coach her in basic hospitality. If you don't want to serve me based on my appearance maybe just tell me to leave??

(We've had a handful of very mediocre bar/public experiences in Utah, and this was NOT one of them.) In addition to their very own COLD and TASTY beers on tap, I had the EOTW Lager & he had the IPA - both YUM! They also have a full bar liquor license (also very hard to come by in this area of Utah, apparently?) the couples sitting next to us was having cocktails, and they looked really good! Our understanding is the menu has recently changed from pizza etc... So we got deli sandwiches for dinner. I had the Italian... focaccia was amazingly GOOD! He had the pastrami... GRUB! Served with the chips & a pickle - sandwiches were BIG and exactly what we wanted! The service was friendly and the vibe was casual, chill and seemed like a really great community of locals and friends.

Cool stuff all around the cafe, you could actually spend a good amount of time and relax here. The burritos were disappointing and I am pretty sure it was some packaged store bought salsa (costs extra). It was smaller in size, apt for the price. We also got a big stoned jewelry (the chain broke coz of a slight pull in my 2nd wear, sigh). Well, it was locally made and the owner thanked me for the support. I'll continue enjoying the pendant in another chain. My friend loved his tshirt and he probably feels it was a good buy.
