I thought about starting off with two stars, but as I finished my review I decided a company that takes your prepaid money and does not keep regular business hours does not deserve even 2 stars. We have been going here a long time. The water is very pleasant tasting and the price is right if... they were actually opened when they are supposed to be open so we can get the club membership price. We went by here today around 10:30. The open lights were off so we returned 30 minutes later and the open lights were both on, however no one was there and the doors were locked. We don't live around the corner so this is frustrating. When we first started coming here they would not take cash for the preorder water club cards. They still only take credit cards and raised the minimum club card amount to $50. So they have our money, but are not open during THEIR regular business hours. If you use the water units outside you have to pay more as the club card balances are not accepted at the outdoor units. Still deciding if their purified water is worth the time and energy. read more

The people on this store really value their off time more than actually doing business. Went to get some water not knowing it was "lunch time" the employee ran for the door like her life depended on it. Kinda rude, just inform me it's lunch time don't shut the door on my face. I read the other comments, this isn't new. The place itself is actually good, the service is good. I absolutely hate that you can only use cash on the water machine outside for after you unless you're willing to pay for the expensive water. Decently priced water but for whatever reason... they really struggle with staffing here. They are often closed randomly or unexpectedly due to staff calling out or quitting or no showing. Seems they have issues hiring reliable people. read more

Walked in on Saturday afternoon and the guy looked annoyed. Didn't asked me what type of water I wanted and didn't talk at all. I paid and when the bottles were full he turned off the water while sitting by the register, didn't even bothered to wipe the bottles or close the tops. On Friday I purchased a water jug from this store. I've had a few from Amazon that started leaking after a week so I asked him what the return policy was before purchasing one from this store and the boy behind the counter let me know as long as it was within the month I could exchange it. Two days later it started leaking. My car was in the shop over the weekend so by the time I got it back to take the broken water jug in it was Tuesday (4 days after purchasing it). According to the boy behind the desk it had passed the supposed return window. 4 days later. "Seriously? It's been 4 days." "You bought it last week, now it's this week." "It's been 4 days." "Sorry my boss won't let me." "I asked you on Friday and you said that as long as it wasn't a month later I could exchange it for one that doesn't leak." "It's not our fault; sorry." "Can we call your boss right now? Maybe there's a one time courtesy for account holders who have been coming in weekly and helping keep this business running." "He's going to say no, people try to pull this all the time." "It's been four days." "There's nothing I can do." And that is how a business loses customers. read more

The customer service is just awesome here! Clean and fresh tasting water at a very reasonable price. They also give you an option to open an account where they give you a card that they scan whenever you want to refill. Doing that gives you further discount on the cost per gallon. Get your water refilled by them and you'll be glad you did. read more

While I love going to this store, they NEVER, and I do mean NEVER answer phones for customer inquiries. I have never heard of a store that does not answer their phones during business hours. That has got to change in 2020. Sometimes customers have questions BEFORE they make the drive to your store. read more

I stopped in the Newhall store on Saturday afternoon because ReadyRefresh raised their rates on water and delivery. Jesse answered all of my questions about the water, the bottles, caps, dispensers, the refill process, and membership. Jesse is very knowledgeable and courteous. I bought two 5 gallon BPA-free bottles which included water! One with reverse osmosis water and the other alkaline water. I also like how nice and clean the store looks and there is also an after-hours water dispenser available. I signed-up for the membership and got a card they stamp with every refill and after 10 stamps I get a free refill! The prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent! Five Stars! i went to this store after a friend recommended it and i was surprised at how clean and high tech everything looked. The guy who helped me was very nice and even carried my bottles to my car! and he also showed me how to use the outdoor 24/7 dispenser which is useful because i sometimes get off work late. overall i highly recommend this store. read more

Sadly, today I had the most horrible and sad experience at this place. I paid $22 for a 5 gallon bottle of water which the guy filled with alkaline water for free with first time purchase. The next day we noticed the bottle had a faulty nozzle that was leaking water and we lost almost half of the 5 gallon of water. Unfortunately I couldn't take it right away and when I went back a week later to explain what happened. Hector the manager "assisted"me to fix it and filled it with water then he said I have to charge you for the water, so I just asked why are you going to charge me for the water? He got so upset and started screaming at me, keep in mind I'm the customer and asked me to take the water and get out of my store. I told him that was not nice customer service . He answered, "I don't care"!!! ,get out of my store!! Screaming on top of his lungs!! I told him again that I will be reporting him . He answered : "I'm the manager and I have the right to refuse service to anyone." As a customer was walking in he didn't care about his behavior screaming at me in front of the other customer. He followed me to the door and closed it right after me. This experience was horrible. Sadly he lost a customer. But he said the he didn't care. I would say you should care for your customers since you make a living because of them. I don't recommend this place, there are so many other water stores in the area!!! Don't go to this store!!! This water store is really nice inside. I just started coming here and man was I surprised by how much better their water was than some of the machines I've tried in the area. We are regulars at this store but there's always new people working and don't know what they are doing. I put my name and number 3x to buy a half gallon glass bottle on their next order. 6 months later nothing. My bf did too and nothing. We bring in 7 5 gallon jugs at least 2-3 x a month of alkaline water. My bf went in today and saw 2 glass 1/2 gallon water jugs (the ones we have been trying to buy for months) so he went to buy them and the guy refused to sell him both since 1 was display. So he tried to buy one and then the worker couldn't sell it since he didn't know HOW to sell it. Wtf??? Then he proceeded to say that the discount for the punch card was only for premium (we've been going her for over a year and now it changed? Coming from the guy who didn't know how to work the computer?) oh and side note: one of the employees a few months ago got my number I left for the water bottle and asked me out. So inappropriate/creepy!!) I'm a positive happy person but I'm so done with this store and no one would give me the managers contact info so I have to post this publically. read more
