NOT THE WATER COMPANY I USED TO BE A VALUED CUSTOMER OF!!!…read more I've been a customer of pure oasis water for over 8 years! I started with them since they first opened. The owner was my delivery guy for an old water company that closed. As soon as they closed, he went door to door to gain his old route back with new customers. I appreciated him and signed up without hesitation. As the years progressed, this company has gone downhill fast!!! The delivery guys have always been cool but Patty in the office is terrible. She must be the owners wife because she just does whatever she wants with no consequences. I have my invoices emailed to me. Mind you, I receive over 100 emails a day between work and personal. The invoice tend to get lost. She called me ONE time to let me know I had a balance of $120. I freaked out and paid them all at once. That was Friday. Monday comes around and my Vivint camera captures the delivery guy pounding on my door with an invoice in his hand. He leaves the invoice, takes the empty bottles, and leaves no water. He leaves no water after I paid all invoices. Still a week later, no water. I'm assuming the terminated me? After almost 9 years of business and being one of their first customers. So now I'm looking for a new water delivery service. Do not use pure oasis!!

I know you are at the AV fair every year in fact I signed up because I thought your company was stellar, Im retracting my statement. What I'm not happy with is the fact that I'm being charged for a service call that I wasn't given the opportunity to say no I don't want water so that would elevate the service charge being charged to me. Why am I still responsible for a 5.00 service charge? I spoke to my water man and he stated that another customer was dealing with the same problem. Is the company hurting that bad that you are taking money from the customers who aren't given the opportunity to decline water for a certain service date when Patty was to do "reminder calls" I was reassured when I spoke to a representative last time about my bill that Patty would call the day before to ask if I wanted water moving forward, I'm still waiting for my reminders. I was called by my water man to ask did you want water? I explained that I wasn't home and that I didn't want water, I said it would have been nice had you been informed to avoid coming to my house and I end up being charged. May I suggest that you hire a specific person if that's what it takes to make the "reminder calls" or "reminder texts" at this point I'll even do it myself from home! I've been working in customer service for over 20+ years and what keeps customers coming back or having them stay is consistency, trust, integrity, honesty, listening to customers, a reward system and respect to name a few. I do understand that there was a price hike that occurred approximately two years ago in regard to gasoline prices.

So after 5 years with Culligan, we switched to Pro Water's state of the art system to clean up the…read morewater coming into our home. We also got the reverse osmoses system under the kitchen sink to further clean the water. This was such an easy and smooth process. We put in the order with Brad, scheduled an appointment for installation and our installer was Maurice. These guys know what they are doing and they made it very easy for us. The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. It's the third day now and everything is working great. WHY WE CHANGED: Just got tired of increasing monthly rates and having to open the garage for the techs to switch out the tanks. Also the Pro Water system does filter out more than the water softener we had.

I left that visit feeling much more informed and confident in my decision-making. After comparing a couple of other quotes, I decided to go with Pro Water Solutions--and I'm glad I did. Brad's knowledge really stood out. He tested my water, along with the bottled and filtered water we had been using, and the results were honestly shocking. Installation was scheduled and completed in less than a week after I gave the go-ahead. Daniel, the installer, was excellent--professional, detail-oriented, and made sure everything fit perfectly. He also walked me through the entire system and made sure I understood how to use it. Overall, a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
