They always answer my questions, provide great customer service, and make the entire process easy. A special thank you to Eric, our water delivery driver. He is always punctual, courteous, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. It's clear he takes pride in his work, and his kindness and professionalism never go unnoticed. It's rare to find a company with such consistently great customer service from the office staff to the delivery team. I highly recommend Pure Oasis Water to anyone looking for reliable service, high-quality water, and people who truly care about their customers.

NOT THE WATER COMPANY I USED TO BE A VALUED CUSTOMER OF!!!…read more I've been a customer of pure oasis water for over 8 years! I started with them since they first opened. The owner was my delivery guy for an old water company that closed. As soon as they closed, he went door to door to gain his old route back with new customers. I appreciated him and signed up without hesitation. As the years progressed, this company has gone downhill fast!!! The delivery guys have always been cool but Patty in the office is terrible. She must be the owners wife because she just does whatever she wants with no consequences. I have my invoices emailed to me. Mind you, I receive over 100 emails a day between work and personal. The invoice tend to get lost. She called me ONE time to let me know I had a balance of $120. I freaked out and paid them all at once. That was Friday. Monday comes around and my Vivint camera captures the delivery guy pounding on my door with an invoice in his hand. He leaves the invoice, takes the empty bottles, and leaves no water. He leaves no water after I paid all invoices. Still a week later, no water. I'm assuming the terminated me? After almost 9 years of business and being one of their first customers. So now I'm looking for a new water delivery service. Do not use pure oasis!!

Tony recommended a new faucet that I was not aware was available. I am very happy that I found Kwench. I took the machine to be serviced. Tony reconditioned our machine with what they call the white glove service. Wow, the machine looks brand new. The metal plates were filled with deposits over the years. Tony did extra cleaning to get clear water with a level of 769 (look at my photos). The lever before the cleaning was around 100. The waster started out very cloudy and ended up crystal clear after many cycles. It have been a very long time since we serviced out machine. The service takes about one hour and you can wait or come back the following day. The parking is very easy and the facilities are top notch. Tony showed me the working area where the machines are cleaned with pumps and special mixtures to get your machine to work as good as new. We are going to take our machine there one a year for cleaning from now on. Going all the way to Torrance was an option that we always put off. This store is easy to get to and we are very happy with the customer service that Kwench gave us. Our family has been drinking alkaline water for over 10 years. The benefits are noticeable when you are consistent and dedicated. I always carry my own water with me. Standard City water is 7.0pH. Bottled water is a surprising 6.5pH and has micro plastics that have recently been found inside human tissue. Look it up! The Kangen alkaline machine give us a constant 9.5pH. It is filtered and delicious. If you are interested in a cleaning for your machine or would like to get some information about Alkaline water. Do not hesitate to call RoeAnn and Tony. Our machine will now last for many years with proper cleaning and servicing. Thank you RoeAnn and Tony.

Every time I come here, the…read morelaundry shop next door is always using the dryers nonstop, so there are never enough available for actual customers. The dryers that are free barely work -- they don't dry clothes at all, which means spending extra money and time just to get anything done. On top of that, some customers leave their laundry sitting in the machines for hours at a time, and nothing is done about it. It makes the whole experience even more frustrating. I honestly hope management steps up and fixes these issues, because right now, this place is more hassle than it's worth.
