It was a challenge getting the guy to come out but when the Stealth owner came out we talked about adding the additional cameras. He repaired the 1 camera saying there would be no charge if we added cameras. He suggested 4 cameras, we just wanted 3 because his prices went up so there was a stale mate. He ended up sending a bill for the repair which we promptly paid. Next the app on my phone stopped working. We called so many times asking for an appointment and even said we understood there would be a cost which we'd pay. Without the app, the security system was pretty much useless since the main purpose was to view our home while away and or on vacation. NEVER did anyone return our calls. We even had others call tech support using their cell so perhaps he'd return the call to someone else. Nothing. Thought of contacting the manufacturer directly to see if there were other sales / service reps that could help us but he strips all manufacturing info from the security units. Worst company and service ever!!!!! We finally purchased a new unit (we were able to use the cameras) that we totally control. He has no admin rights or access!! We once again have security and can view remotely as well from within our home. UPDATE: in response to the comment left by owner, the payment was not delayed. We were billed quite a few weeks after I sent the text saying we were not moving for way with your proposed 4 cameras. Once we received the bill, it was promptly paid. Just as you have the right to determine who you will service and who you won't, we have the right to share our actual experience. Also, this was NOT an internet issue and with 30+ years experience in IT, we can assure all it was not an IT issue.

He also originally said they could work with and around the scaffolding we had up but then quickly changed his mind deliberately delaying our job. Every mistake they make they blame someone else. They Say my roofer took their product out and tried to reinstall but broke it. They are trying to charge me for this when I have documentation that my roofer wasn't there the day they claim this happened. It was actually the same day he took out the stuff they his people installed in the wrong space. They sold us a product without a detailed explanation on how it works. they said they could add up lights without ever telling us that the up lights are a completely different product that works on a completely different platform and app. the intent of my original request was to have everything work in one app. This is very frustrating and This is very very poor customer service. It should have been explained in explicit detail. their people installed where it wasn't supposed to be installed and they left huge holes in my brick. It's still not patched as he said it would be. The lights worked for one day and have not worked since. My list goes on and on and if I could give them -5 I would. This has been a very negative experience.

After speaking with a multitude of companies, I was met with many dead ends. With these previous companies, communication would stop or people wouldn't show. Then I contacted Christensen Computer Company. Richard called me very shortly after I sent a request. He was flexible with scheduling a day to come look at our cameras. He was very communicative during the whole process and always made sure I received a call back. When he got here to look at the camera, he immediately started investigating. I don't know much about cameras, but I knew our system was older and had a LOT going on. I could tell right away, Richard was very knowledgeable. He immediately spotted all the little pieces of our system and how it was connected, and confirmed it did have a LOT going on. However, this did not deter him. Richard explained to me how our system was set up and started talking about different solutions depending on the problem. Our camera ended up needing a simple fix and it has been working great since. Our office is now talking about installing more cameras for increased security. He was very patient with all my questions, gave me a few good options, and was very understanding about our requests for estimates. We will definitely be keeping his info on hand for when we install the cameras, or if we ever need IT work. Thank you again Richard!
