I found them on Yelp and their reputation did not waiver. I went here to get new batteries for three watches. Was told it would take 20 minutes, so I patiently waited in the lobby. This place is great! I needed several links removed from a watch band, and they did it in 10 minutes while I waited, and only charged $12! Someone came in needing a new battery while I was there, and they charged him WAY less than any jeweler would have. I checked around for pricing on replacing batteries on 4 watches. They had the best pricing and were super friendly. I waited for my watches since I was the only one there at the time, it took about 30 min for all 4 to get done,. As I waited I saw how friendly and helpful they were to everyone who came in, as well. What a great mom and pop shop. Not only are they super honest but amazing prices. Before coming here, I stopped at 2 jewelry stores to get a battery replaced. Each place told me it's not the battery and that the watch needs a whole new motor that would cost anywhere from $50-80. Came to this place and they were the first honest people, less than $8 for a battery! Not only will I be back but coming next week to buy a watch and sending everyone I know! Don't go anywhere else. I've had watch batteries replaced here for the past several years and have never had any problems. They are honest and give great advice. Their selection of watches for sale is not that impressive but they do offer lots of replacement bands and will also do repairs. The $15 per watch battery seems in-line with most other places and they are careful with your items so don't worry about scratches or scuffs. Nice people. read more

They replaced the battery in my older pro-trek and fixed the sweeper hand on the Luminox with a simple reset. Simple and straight forward.

I went in to exchange batteries of two pairs of my watches at 5:30PM on Wednesday. The Asian lady at the reception area was polite. They'd honor the check-in deal, which I ended up not using since I didn't know one of the watches wasn't battery operated till she told me. I brought in another Dior ceramic watch to have resized today and took the watch technician (same guy I had last time!) 10 min to complete. The previous watch I had brought it was still a bit loose and he resized it for me free of charge. It's hard to write a review on something as basic as a watch band adjustment. It would be hard to screw it up. But here is my review anyway. I was in and out within 5 minutes. They adjusted the watch band for me two times in that 5 minutes. I asked them to remove 3 links and once I tried it asked for one back. The lady and guy working at the store were very friendly. I walked in just as they were unlocking the door and they didn't turn me away. They apparently have deals on batteries (buy 3 get 1 free) and if you check in on yelp there is a coupon. Took my Rolex to get fixed because someone recommended them as being good with Rolex'. After having extensively done some research about where to get my Rolex fixed I figured it would be better to have it fixed at a local shop instead of shipping it off somewhere. Price was on the higher end, but cheaper than an official Rolex repair store. The service was rude at best. You would think after spending $800 and potential customer for new watches that they would have good customer service. Both times that we dropped off the watch and when we picked it up the family of this family owned store were all disinterested and we felt like we were bothering them. I highly recommend finding another place to go. I don't like writing bad reviews, but I want to make sure others don't suffer the same fate we did. Good luck. read more

I brought in my Bulova watch which had a broken latch on bracelet. They ordered a replacement part and replaced it. Over the next few months the latch started to get loose. 5 months later the battery died, and I brought it back for a batter replacement and to address the latch. I spoke to a different person at the counter than before, who told me "your latch is loose, it needs to be repaired." I told him I had it replaced there previously, and the response was "no you didn't." I said yes I did, and he asked me to bring in the receipt because "we would not have repaired it that way." Awesome. I took the watch elsewhere. I hate that kind of treatment when people immediately deny responsibility, and I can't stand it when people at a business talk to you like you're an idiot. Nice job these folks do. I took in about 10-12 watches last week...varying from Seiko, Movado, TAG among several others for both battery replacement and repairing a broken strap. All was done in a timely fashion as they quoted me and every one of my watches they reset the dates and times on them so that they were ready to go! (Nice touch!) So why only 4 out of 5 stars you might ask? Maybe it's a cultural thing but I just didn't quite get that warm fuzzy feeling upon first entering the store. I am Asian myself and that doesn't stop me from being warm and fuzzy! Don't get me wrong here....I still would highly recommend this place and I certainly will be going back myself as my watches require any additional servicing. Thank you! Ted V. read more
