Affordable and fast watch battery replacement. Very friendly. Beautiful jewelry for sale too.

I found them on Yelp and their reputation did not waiver. I went here to get new batteries for three watches. Was told it would take 20 minutes, so I patiently waited in the lobby. After about 10-15 minutes they were done! The cost was fair, roughly $31 for three batteries. Would definitely go here again! read more

I have taken my watches to Watch Tech multiple times for new batteries. They are always completed quickly (sometimes even the same day). Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. read more

These guys are awesome. Replaced my battery in my watch and instead of just replacing the battery and giving it back to me, they set the correct time and date for me, so I didn't have to. May not mean much to some people but I notice that kind of extra service. Much appreciated Watch-Tech! read more

This was my fourth time coming here and I always leave satisfied. Most of what I've needed is either battery replacement or band sizing/link removal. Everyone here has been friendly and the work they do is great; it's nice to have a nearby, reliable business to take your watch to. So far, all the work I've had done has been reasonably/fairly priced. read more

Replaced my battery on a busy sat morning in 20 minutes. Great price too. my g shock requires 2 batteries and it was all Done for 18 dollars

This place is great! I needed several links removed from a watch band, and they did it in 10 minutes while I waited, and only charged $12! Someone came in needing a new battery while I was there, and they charged him WAY less than any jeweler would have. Will definitely keep them in mind the next time I need a battery replaced. read more

I checked around for pricing on replacing batteries on 4 watches. They had the best pricing and were super friendly. I waited for my watches since I was the only one there at the time, it took about 30 min for all 4 to get done,. As I waited I saw how friendly and helpful they were to everyone who came in, as well. In the 30 min I was there, a lot of people came walking in. Any watch repair needs I will be coming here again! read more

First time visit with my two watches. Replaced batteries and resizing my wrist bands. I only waited outside for about 15-20min and it was ready to go! Super clean store and polite customer service were plus!!! I will definitely coming back! read more

Fast service! Got my watch resized and the price is cheap. Went back to ask how to fix my date and she was more than happy to help me out

What a great mom and pop shop. Not only are they super honest but amazing prices. Before coming here, I stopped at 2 jewelry stores to get a battery replaced. Each place told me it's not the battery and that the watch needs a whole new motor that would cost anywhere from $50-80. Came to this place and they were the first honest people, less than $8 for a battery! Not only will I be back but coming next week to buy a watch and sending everyone I know! Don't go anywhere else. This is the kind of service and honesty we need more in this world! Thank you!!!! read more

Great customer service and great price. I have Been coming back a few times for batteries. Very nice owner read more

These people couldn't be any nicer! I've brought them several watches for everything from batteries to cleaning to mechanism rebuilds. Watches are always ready when promised. Also, check their watch prices before buying elsewhere; you might be surprised! read more

Friendly and relatively quick - had my watch face replaced with Sapphire glass, had it back on my wrist within 10 days.

Terribly over priced place. I had a link taken off my watch and they charged me $15. While I was there another customer was complaining to front lady there working. Will not go here again. read more

Did an amazing job, and friendly and polite. Recommend strongly.

I've had watch batteries replaced here for the past several years and have never had any problems. They are honest and give great advice. Their selection of watches for sale is not that impressive but they do offer lots of replacement bands and will also do repairs. The $15 per watch battery seems in-line with most other places and they are careful with your items so don't worry about scratches or scuffs. Nice people. read more

They changed two watch batteries for me and I was able to get a Yelp deal. Super fast replacement and friendly staff. Their pricing on watches was quite a bit higher than online retailers. read more

Best watch repair place! The folks are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. The battery price is dependent on the type of watch and their prices are great! I'm bringing back my husband's watch for a battery change next week or maybe even tomorrow. read more

I went in to exchange batteries of two pairs of my watches at 5:30PM on Wednesday. The Asian lady at the reception area was polite. They'd honor the check-in deal, which I ended up not using since I didn't know one of the watches wasn't battery operated till she told me. It's $7.95 for a battery replacement, and it takes approximately 5 minutes or so. read more

They replaced the battery in my older pro-trek and fixed the sweeper hand on the Luminox with a simple reset. Simple and straight forward.

I brought in another Dior ceramic watch to have resized today and took the watch technician (same guy I had last time!) 10 min to complete. The previous watch I had brought it was still a bit loose and he resized it for me free of charge. Watch Tech is an honest company and I will be only coming here for all my watch needs time and time again. read more

Quick and reasonable Yelp message estimates, excellent work. Had 2 divers that needed work. They were able to replace a sapphire crystal in one, buff out scratches in the other, and water treat and water test. Will definitely go to again! Thanks Mackay! read more

It's hard to write a review on something as basic as a watch band adjustment. It would be hard to screw it up. But here is my review anyway. I was in and out within 5 minutes. They adjusted the watch band for me two times in that 5 minutes. I asked them to remove 3 links and once I tried it asked for one back. The lady and guy working at the store were very friendly. I walked in just as they were unlocking the door and they didn't turn me away. They apparently have deals on batteries (buy 3 get 1 free) and if you check in on yelp there is a coupon. I will be back. read more

Took my Rolex to get fixed because someone recommended them as being good with Rolex'. After having extensively done some research about where to get my Rolex fixed I figured it would be better to have it fixed at a local shop instead of shipping it off somewhere. Price was on the higher end, but cheaper than an official Rolex repair store. The service was rude at best. You would think after spending $800 and potential customer for new watches that they would have good customer service. Both times that we dropped off the watch and when we picked it up the family of this family owned store were all disinterested and we felt like we were bothering them. I highly recommend finding another place to go. I don't like writing bad reviews, but I want to make sure others don't suffer the same fate we did. Good luck. read more

I brought in my Bulova watch which had a broken latch on bracelet. They ordered a replacement part and replaced it. Over the next few months the latch started to get loose. 5 months later the battery died, and I brought it back for a batter replacement and to address the latch. I spoke to a different person at the counter than before, who told me "your latch is loose, it needs to be repaired." I told him I had it replaced there previously, and the response was "no you didn't." I said yes I did, and he asked me to bring in the receipt because "we would not have repaired it that way." Awesome. I took the watch elsewhere. I hate that kind of treatment when people immediately deny responsibility, and I can't stand it when people at a business talk to you like you're an idiot. Moving on to the next shop... read more

Great service here! Watch repair places are kind of hard to find these days and they do a great job on servicing and cleaning. I even had a strap pin come loose after a cleaning, I brought it back and they fixed for free read more

Just needed to get my band fixed because it fell apart. 15 min in n out. $7 great experience and staff was friendly.

Very kind and helpful people. they resized two of my bracelets well.

I had to replace my watch battery - the staff is very friendly and fast. I took about 5 min for the whole transaction to take place. They also have a good selection of watches for a small shop (had my eye on some Luminox watches). The next time I look for a watch, I'll definitely keep this place in mind. read more
