Nice job these folks do. I took in about 10-12 watches last week...varying from Seiko, Movado, TAG among several others for both battery replacement and repairing a broken strap. All was done in a timely fashion as they quoted me and every one of my watches they reset the dates and times on them so that they were ready to go! (Nice touch!) So why only 4 out of 5 stars you might ask? Maybe it's a cultural thing but I just didn't quite get that warm fuzzy feeling upon first entering the store. I am Asian myself and that doesn't stop me from being warm and fuzzy! Don't get me wrong here....I still would highly recommend this place and I certainly will be going back myself as my watches require any additional servicing. Thank you! Ted V. read more

Confirmed good service from Yelp reviews. I will certainly go back for any watch repair. Feel confident working with this company. Did not feel taken advantage. read more

Please stay away!!! I took a Citizen eco-drive in to have it serviced and fixed. They told me they would have to ship it to Citizen to be fixed. I was quoted $80 for the work and agreed. Two weeks later I went in to pick up the watch and was told that the delivery truck had been robbed and my watch was stolen. I was shocked but expected them to have insurance and give me something for my loss. They were not even slightly sympathetic and even wanted me to pay for having Citizen fix the watch. After arguing with the younger and older man in the store they gave me a discount on a much inferior Citizen watch. My watch was from Japan. A $500 Japan only model that I'm sure they found a buyer for. They refused to produce a police report from the incident. I let it go but whenever I think about it I wish I had made a police report of my own. read more

I took my watch in for a battery and small repair. They were fast, friendly and affordable.

Fair pricing for Fossil watch battery replacement in just a few minutes while you wait. Appreciate that they reset it to the correct time & I was on my way as a satisfied customer that can recommend them to others. read more

Nice shop. Took four of my watches in to get new batteries. Replaced them all in minutes. $30 total charge including tax for all four.

What a hidden gem! good service, reasonable prices.... I was there for a watch battery and if I waited more than 5 minutes it would surprise me. I barely had a chance to look around the store and then my watch was ready! There were three other customers there at the same time, a busy store means a successful store. Glad I found them read more

I'm very pleased with the level of service I received here. Stopped in to have two watch batteries replaced. While waiting, I also found a great watch that I just had to buy. I will return because of the great service. read more

Great service, replaced batteries fast and for a great price! Will definitely come back! Thank you

This is a great place to go if you find yourself in need of a replacement watch battery. Around $9 and done in 15 minutes. Good stuff. No high-end watches on display, so it's not much for browsing. Also I don't think I would go here for complex repairs on expensive timepieces. But for average repairs and batteries, it can't be beat. read more

I had 6 watches ( men's and women's ) that needed new batteries. They had a special offer ; buy 3 get one free on all battery replacements. Quoted me an hour to replace all 6 ( mind you during my lunch hour) and they delivered on time! Very pleased with overall service!! read more

Had 5 watches that needed batteries. 30 min later and I was out the door for around $40. Found my new watch battery replacement place.

Nice place. I changed a battery for my watch and it costed $12.99. Nice people and it took them 10 minutes

Came in on a Saturday at 4:40 (they close at 5pm) to get 4 batteries replaced on 4 watches. The lady was super nice and they replaced all 4 watches within 20 minutes. The guy even set the time and date on all if them. Best part, is if you bring in 3, the 4th battery is free! I'll definitely be coming back. read more

Had my Hamilton watch battery replaced in about 2 minutes and back on the road. Going to bring my other watch in for cleaning and plan to buy some to. Great service read more

This place is awesome. I came in to remove a few links in my watch. The woman behind the counter explained that there is no need to remove links. She adjusted the size for free. What a nice lady. I will definitely be back. read more

Watch Tech: I'm coming back!!! I tried taking the backing of my watch off myself to see what battery I needed to go buy, and after trying for an hour I drove over to Watch Tech getting there at 4:00pm (exactly that time because one of the coo coo clocks was going off when I walked in). I knew I had to be out of that place by 4:10pm in order to get to my next destination on time. I walked in, and was helped right away. She took my watch, said it was $7.99 to change the battery and was done in 7 minutes. I didn't even tell her I needed it to be done quickly! She came back to me and said she would normally charge a dollar more since the backing was on so tight, but decided not to charge me that extra dollar. She asked if I needed anything else, and that was it. Super friendly, great atmosphere, COOL watches everywhere. They even sell "like new" Fossil watches for a discounted price! I told her that one day I'd be back to buy myself a nice Fossil watch for work. Glad I came in today. I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you're looking for a WONDERFUL watch shop. read more

I came to get my watch fixed. Apparently I had to get my watch's movement overhauled. When I got it back, the date's face turned from black to white and was difficult to read. I took it back and the lady told me that it's better that way (as opposed to how I've had it for over 15 years)! Since attention to detail doesn't seem to be high on their priority, I'm not coming back. I'm taking my future business elsewhere. Warning: if you want to get something done right the first time, avoid this place. read more

Great experience! I broke a pin in my watch band, and I was doubtful anything could be done. They were able to fix it, and put in a new battery in 15 minutes, for $15. Fantastic job. I will be back. read more

Love this place and quick quality service they also have a nice selection of watches all reasonably priced and always a pleasure to bring my watches here for servicing ! They are very honest and straight forward. I won't go anywhere else . Keep up the good work and I recommend this place to anyone you can't go wrong with this place , 5 stars ! read more

I sold a vintage Rolex to a buyer and I sent him to Watch Tech to have the band sized down. The owner of Watch Tech stated the watch was a fake without even opening the case up which caused my buyer to freak out. I had to refund him the money due to the ignorance of this stores owner. Keep in mind this place sells $20 digital watches and knows nothing about Rolexes and I am a collector who has been buying and selling for over 14 years. I now have a certificate of authenticity from the jeweler I purchased it from as well as a certificate from Rolex of America stating the watch is 100% authentic. Avoid this place if you value your watch. read more

I went into the shop needing a pin for my Omega Seamaster watch band. I was told it would cost $25 but the majority of that was in the labor. I said I did not need the labor, I've added and removed links many times before....takes 5 minutes. Told him I'd pay him $15 for the pin and be on my way. He refused to sell me one. Seems ridiculous to me that a simple pin replacement that takes 5 minutes should cost $25. I took the watch someplace else and got the parts I needed for less than $5 and did the install myself. Avoid this business! read more

You did it again!!! Yeahhh!!!! Probably the 10th time I've brought a watch for a new battery (yes, I have a few), and it usually takes less time than it takes me to get a coffee around the corner at Coffee Bean and come back. i walked in the store two days ago the gal was nice but she said she wanted between 12 and 15 dollars for a new battery for 3 different watches to me that is too much I would have thought max 30 dollars for 3 batteries but not 45 would not go there again. read more

Just in there today, great service. When I dropped off my watch they said it will 15 minutes to size my new watch....5 minutes tops! Highly recommend them. read more

I took in my watch to get the battery replaced. I was told that it needed additional repairs. I agreed to the repairs and said I would pick it up the next day at lunch. Right at lunch time I received a call saying that they were not able to fix my watch. It was surprising to not be notified of this until last minute, not the best customer service gesture. When I went to pick up my watch, the hands were no longer connected to the post of the watch and are now free floating in the watch. I would expect my watch to be in atleast the same condition that I dropped it off in, not worse. They explained to me why but showed little concern about the difference in my watch's appearance. This was upsetting. They told me that I don't understand how watches are fixed. Although this is true, again not good business to belittle the customer. Maybe it was a translation thing but it came off rude. They told me they take no liability and walked away saying they did not have to listen to me. I am far from impressed and will never return to this place of business. Hard to believe companies stay in business with customer service practices like that. There were two people at the time working, an older woman and a younger man...both were rude. I would rate this business with negative stars but didn't find that as an option. I've rarely had to have a watch repaired but I'm sure there's plenty of other repair places that value their customers and their customer's referrals. read more

We bought a new band for a watch and had links taken out of a recent Christmas present. Very professional and quick. Great location.

Stopped in to replace a battery on my Luminox watch and read the good reviews, so had high expectations. She immediately took my watch, told me 10 minutes (and a reasonable price, about $10) and while I was waiting I bought a new Luminox watch that I've had my eye on elsewhere, but at a higher price. She included the full kit and threw in a nice Luminox hat too!!! The repair was done perfectly, and quickly as promised. No complaints here. I would recommend this place to anybody for watch repair. The battery in one of my Fossil watches ran out, so I took it here to get it replaced. The salesman was very nice. He told me the price up front, and then he had the battery replaced in the blink of an eye. He set the time for me too, and he put up with my indecisiveness while I was looking for a new leather band. He took several out of the case for me to look at, and eventually called his wife over to help me :) My watch is working again and has a swanky black leather band with contrast stitching.
