I needed to have the wristbands on my Casio G-Shock replaced. The technician changed them in just a few minutes, and even cleaned the exterior of the watch for no additional charge. In the past, they have also replaced watch batteries for me as well. I'm so glad that such a professional watch repair shop is conveniently located in Lake Forest and hope that local residents continue to support this establishment! read more

Stopped by Watch Tech after honestly forgetting about them for years. These guys are the real deal. They've been around forever, back when K-Mart and Rod's Liquor were still there. It's one of the last old-school brick-and-mortar watch shops in the old El Toro area. I brought in a Seiko that was having issues with the hands. Dropped it off Saturday, and by Monday they called to let me know it was ready. That's hard to beat. Just wanted to say thanks for the quick turnaround. The watch is running perfectly now, and it's nice knowing there are still local shops like this around. Appreciate it, guys! read more

Dropped by for a quick battery replacement of our 4 watches (3 Fossil and 1 Casio) and was greeted by a sweet lady upon entering the store. She immediately accommodated us on our concern and was told it'll be done after 30mins which was definitely quick! We were also surprised as it seemed they have a promo for battery replacements of 3 + 1 free! Only paid around $65 including Tax for all 4 battery replacements and No service charge as well. I think we got a good deal and can finally wear our favorite watches! read more

Very disappointed and upset with my experience!!! I had JUST removed the plastic on my new watch and took it in for a band adjustment. My watch now has a scratch on the dial! And to the owner saying I'm making things up--I literally posted a picture of the scratch HE CAUSED. The lady also charged me double than what I was expecting to pay. She said it would be $20. When I went to pay for the service, she said that the guy working there changed the battery because it was dead and that it would be another $20. I was so annoyed bc I didn't think the battery was dead when I took it in, but I was in a rush to pick up my kid that I just wanted to get out of there so I paid it and left. Then when I got home, I noticed it had a scratch on it. SOO upset and expected better from a small business! read more

I was shown several options for the strap, and once we found the perfect choice, they replaced the battery and installed the new strap immediately. I was in and out in less than an hour, the pricing was reasonable, and the service was so excellent. I would definitely come here again for watch servicing needs. read more

Lady at front was super sweet and helpful. Prices were reasonable. One thing that bothered me however is i brought a few things in for batteries. One of the watches was returned to me with a badly bent band pin. I don't mind buying a pin but for them to claim i brought it in like that was not very nice. I'm sure the tech tried removing the back and bent the pin. Might be worth it to take a picture before you hand them your watch. Anyway i did not make a big deal about it and just paid the 5 extra dollars. read more

They got back to me within 20 minutes and quoted me a reasonable price and told me I could come in whenever. I came in a few months ago to get a new band for a watch I thrifted. The woman who helped me was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately one of the watch band holder ripped soon after. I went in again to see if they could repair or replace it but they offered me a completely new band instead at no cost! The lady who helped me on my second visit was also very kind and explained why the first one ripped. She recommended a different one and it has been great ever since! Thanks again :) read more
