Very disappointed and upset with my experience!!! I had JUST removed the plastic on my new watch and took it in for a band adjustment. My watch now has a scratch on the dial! And to the owner saying I'm making things up--I literally posted a picture of the scratch HE CAUSED. The lady also charged me double than what I was expecting to pay. She said it would be $20. When I went to pay for the service, she said that the guy working there changed the battery because it was dead and that it would be another $20. I was so annoyed bc I didn't think the battery was dead when I took it in, but I was in a rush to pick up my kid that I just wanted to get out of there so I paid it and left. Then when I got home, I noticed it had a scratch on it. SOO upset and expected better from a small business! read more

Lady at front was super sweet and helpful. Prices were reasonable. One thing that bothered me however is i brought a few things in for batteries. One of the watches was returned to me with a badly bent band pin. I don't mind buying a pin but for them to claim i brought it in like that was not very nice. I'm sure the tech tried removing the back and bent the pin. Might be worth it to take a picture before you hand them your watch. Needed to have my Cartier tank stainless steel band removed so I could put on my new strap (with new quick release pins). Whole reason I needed help was because I don't have the tool to take the original pins out. They took the ss band off for me but then put the original pins back in the watch... which just put me back at square one. When I questioned it, I was told to go home and use a knife to pop them out. Told them I was worried I would break it since the original cartier pins are tiny and fragile. Then was told again to go home and use a knife... not sure if this is because I told them I would install my new strap/quick release pins myself so they couldn't charge me more. Either way, it was a 10 second job I paid $8 for. Disappointing since the first time I went in 2 months ago they were very nice and friendly. read more
