Needed to have my Cartier tank stainless steel band removed so I could put on my new strap (with new quick release pins). Whole reason I needed help was because I don't have the tool to take the original pins out. They took the ss band off for me but then put the original pins back in the watch... which just put me back at square one. When I questioned it, I was told to go home and use a knife to pop them out. Told them I was worried I would break it since the original cartier pins are tiny and fragile. Then was told again to go home and use a knife... not sure if this is because I told them I would install my new strap/quick release pins myself so they couldn't charge me more. Either way, it was a 10 second job I paid $8 for. Disappointing since the first time I went in 2 months ago they were very nice and friendly. read more

Replaced the batteries in 4 Oakley watches... including my Minute Machine all in 30 minutes and very reasonably priced.

This place was the only place opened earlier than all the rest in my area & since I was up early that day I was eager to start my day. I arrived just after opening & was greeted by the sweetest little Asian lady. I was able to get the battery in one of my watch's replaced right then & there but needed to return for a second watch repair a week later. When it was ready, I received a text message alerting me & picked it up the following day. The watch was just how I had expressed my desire for it to look & I was thrilled! Even the cost was dramatically less than what I had previously paid to another shop who failed miserably to satisfy the work required on this repair. I absolutely recommend this little shop!
